DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
I ordered some Labubu Dolls for Christmas presents on 4 Sept 25 via the Shop App. I received confirmation of the order by email. By 1 Oct the order was still processing as in my Shop App. I then emailed Labubu Mundi, no response. I emailed Shop 1week later on 8 October who just forwarded the email to Labubu Mundi. There has been no response to emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. HOW TO GET A REFUND IS NOT CLEAR. My order still says its processing.

Einen Stern weil nicht weniger geht. Wie viele andere Ware bezahlt und seit über 2 Monaten nichts gehört. Reagieren nicht auf Emails. Also bitte: Finger weg, das sind Betrüger.

Warte seit August auf die Bestellung. Beschwerden und Stornierung werden ignoriert. Alle paar Wochen eine hinhalte Email. Finger weg. Rückforderung bei der Bank eingeleitet.

Zlodzieje i oszusci, zamowienie skladalam na poczatku lipca od 4.09 niby jest w Niemczech jednak nie wyruszylo w dalsza droge!! Na poczatku jeszcze odpowiadali na meila od miesiaca cisza!!! Nie zamawiajcie NIC od tej firmy!!!!!

We lost 165€ because of this stupid scam, I'm gonna sue them, cuz THEY CANT SEND REAL STUFF, BUT SCAM OTHERS AND ARE DIRTY LIARS. We ordered a 4-er pack from the e-mail from my grandma too, so this such a big scam.

I ordered from Labubumundi on 25th August. I have received nothing…no Labubus, no email, no updates. I have emailed a few times asking for updates and then a refund and am being ghosted. I have also reported them via the Shopify app, but they’re just ignoring me. They are a fraud.

I ordered my little boy 2 Labubu's for his birthday, that was 1.5 months ago and they haven't arrived. I got one reply to one of my emails telling me to be patient and nothing since. I have since requested a refund and havent had a response.

SCAM - Don’t purchase from this company. $73 down the drain and the bank won’t refund me because I authorised the transaction.

Absolute Betrüger. Geld weg, nie Ware erhalten. Finger weg!

Null sterne. Warte seit Mitte August auf meine bereits bezahlte Ware. Kundendienst reagiert jedes 5. Mal mit leeren Versprechungen. Betrug. Konsumentenschutz und Rechtsschutz werden tätig. Frechheit. Unseriös.

I would give 0 stars if I could, they are scammers, stole money from me for labubus and never sent me anything or gave me a refund , do not waste your $$$!

I bought 2 boxes on the 2 for 1 deal and guess what... It never arrived. Save your money and avoid disappointment. I'm trying to claim a refund from my Visa.

Nach langem Warten haben wir die sechs Packungen bekommen. Sie sind fake - ganz klar, aber egal.
Aber was eine große Enttäuschung war: In den sechs Packungen befand sich sechs mal der selbe Labubu! Alle sechs die gleiche Farbe! Meine Tochter war mega enttäuscht. Schade um das Geld!

Ich habe im August bestellt, Geld war gleich weg, Ware immer noch nicht da.

Alles bezahlt, keine Lieferung, mehrmalige Mails, aber nie eine Antwort bekommen!!!
Hände weg von diesem Shop!!!!
