The so called „Company”is just a scam. They just take your money and send nothing you order. The price for Labubu is attractove comparing to other Stones and that’s why people are tricked into buying them. They don’t respons to emails, nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this sh!t from them

Please read these reviews. I ordered a labubu for $40 usd on August 23rd. I read reviews about the site right after saying it’s a scam. 20 minutes later I couldn’t get a refund they said. Here we are on September 22 and I have no tracking and no response for “customer service.”

Null Sterne …. Verkaufen Fakes und Versprechen wie:

Ich würde im Normalfall 0 Sterne vergeben, aber das ist nicht möglich. Bestellt habe ich am 25.8. und bis heute ist nichts angeliefert worden. Auf Emails und Drohung mit dem Rechtsanwalt wird nicht reagiert. Das Allerletzte 😕

Bloß von hier nicht bestellen! Keine wahre wird geliefert und niemanden antwortet an emails , man bekommt keine Antwort und kein Geld zurück.

Habe Ware am 23.8. bestellt, Betrag wurde sehr schnell abgebucht.Die Bestellung bis jetzt nicht erhalten. Auf Emails erhält man erst viele Tage später Antwort. Inhalt ist fast immer gleich, dass die Ware in 1-2 Tagen verschickt wird. Das habe ich 3x erhalten. Muss ich also als Verlust akzeptieren. Rate allen: Finger weg von diesem Laden

Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben. Lasst bloß die Finger von diesem Fake-Shop. Vor über drei Wochen bestellt. Bisher keine Ware erhalten und auch keine Rückmeldung.

Habe heute eine Anzeige gemacht und versuche so mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.

Ein großes Scam-Unternehmen. Die Produkte sind offensichtlich nicht original, der Barcode, um die Produkte authentifizieren zu lassen, sind schlecht aufgedruckte Fälschungen.Das Unternehmen weigert sich, dies anzuerkennen (trotz Beweisfotos) und verweist darauf, dass sie ihre Produkte prüfen und dadurch kann es ja keine Fälschung sein. Absolut keine Kaufempfehlung, wenn man original Produkte erhalten möchte.

Absolute shit company!! They advertise authentic labubus. I ordered 4 big into energy boxes at the start of august, had no updates on delivery process until I emailed requesting a refund. My order arrived this morning and not only are the boxes crushed and severely damaged but they ARE NOT what I ordered on their pathetic website. I have received cheap shitty imitations of lazy yoga lafufus. Do not buy from this website. If your in Australia buy you can buy the real deal from never miss. Avoid this bullshit website and their cheap version lafufu

Ordered from LABUBU MUNDI and never received any updates or proof of order aside from being billed for it. Have reached out by email numerous times and have not received any replies whatsoever ever. My bank’s not even able to find a phone number for this company. My bank’s going through a charge back over this.

Was sent lafufus, and they were also damaged in transit. Brought up to their customer service that they were broken and not authentic, even providing video and picture evidence, and they had the gall to claim “they arrived in perfect condition”. Have a case open with my bank to get my money back, do not buy from them
