I just love your art, and despite not having any of it framed yet, I have pictures propped up on many surfaces in house. They have made wonderful presents too.

I've got at least twenty items from Ladybug Art, some are prints, and some bespoke paintings. You can see and feel the love and care that goes into each piece. Jess is my go-to artist for memorial art for my 3 rainbow bridge dogs.

I've been following LadybugArt for a long time. I finally decided on a piece that really spoke to me. The print was packed securely, it made it to Utah, US from the UK without even a scratch on the envelope. It arrived faster than I expected. I have shared this page and her art with many friends, and I will order again in the future.

The artwork is stunning and it fills a space that used to be occupied by a furry soul. It’s amazing work and I’m proud to have all my pieces, original, sketches, tiny, original paintings, medium, original paintings, and very large original paintings.
If there was anything negative/ remotely negative I could say is that the shipping and receiving of it seems a little up in the air at times.

I absolutely love my artwork! I opened Facebook one day and swear the first thing I saw was my beloved Louie looking back at me. I literally burst into tears and ordered the sketch immediately. I had been perusing the website looking for a golden retriever - I wonder if he didn’t inspire her! The sketch exactly represented the way I used to hug him and he’d rest his big blockhead on my shoulder.

The artwork is beautiful, but I’ve had two times where I reached out to the seller and never heard back. The first was a general question about placing an order. The second time was regarding an order I had placed. It sat for a couple of weeks without moving. It only shipped right after I emailed, though I still didn’t receive any reply. That kind of silence isn’t acceptable, especially when it takes a brief moment to answer a paying customer. Sadly, I won’t be ordering again and can’t recommend this shop.

I loved the art so much. It touched my heart in a way that was both warm and comforted while acknowledging the toughness of the loss.

I lost my soul dog November 2023. I was immediately drawn to Ladybug Art for her understanding of grief. I ordered several generic prints. When a commission slot became available in Feb 2024, I immediately ordered. After several months of no communication, I emailed Jess. She asked some questions to personalize my portrait. I sent answers and pictures. No response. I emailed every 3 months. No response. Ive filled on a contact us form on the website and reached out via social media. No response.

This was supposed to help with grief but all it does is make it worse. To give someone hope that their fur baby will be memorialized in art, and then deliberately ignore is unacceptable. As a fellow person who experienced pet loss grief, she should be ashamed.

I hate writing this because I always give people - especially artists - the benefit of the doubt, but I can't keep quiet anymore. On March 29, 2025 I placed an order for an art print, from LadyBug Art. On March 31, she opened a few commission spots, and I was so excited to get one. I received email confirmations for both orders. Her website states that regular orders typically ship within 5 days, commissions can take up to 8 weeks. I had no problem with either time frame, and even was ok if the print shipped with the commission. A week or so after these orders were placed, I reached out to ask if they could be combined when shipping. I did not receive a response. About once a month since then, I emailed her but never got a response. She emailed me one time, in June, to ask me questions for the commission painting. I replied with answers and a photo of my dog, and never heard from her again. In August, she told me via an Instagram comment that my orders were being packaged and shipping in the next few days. I did not ever receive tracking or any indication that they ever shipped. I have more recently commented on Instagram and my comments are deleted. I don't even mind waiting longer for the commission if there is a list of customers in front of me, but I wish at this point, she shipped the print out in the meantime and would give me some sort of information about the painting. Her work is so beautiful and I want what I ordered, but waiting 7 months for a print and an update is crazy. I know shipping to the US is messed up right now, and I even mentioned that in one of my several emails to her. She made an entire post about US shipping and orders going out before the tariff situation, but my orders weren't part of that. She recently made a post which states "A piece of art heals a tiny part in a journey none of us wanted to be on, a feeling of comfort and colour on canvas. The happy side of grief." How ironic that her art can help heal all of us, but she makes it so much harder by holding our orders hostage.
