Having purchased a 3.5-sec BMW iX M60 decided it was time to sell my V8 F Type Jag. Very sad day; so went to Landrover garage and test drove a more practical Defender D300 130 X-Dynamic HSE. This got an immediate thumbs up from the Good Lady; having highly spec'd one, approached several dealers. Rockar Landrover provided the best customer journey without any pressure. On top received the best discount plus trailer delivery and the cherry on top a full fuel tank. Falling in love all over again after my recent bereavement! A very happy chappy once more.

New car from Rockar
Having had very poor experiences with other JLR dealerships I thought I'd give Rockar a try and buy the car online. What a great experience from start to finish - easy online process and very helpful staff just a call away when I needed more info. I visited Canary Wharf as well and the experience was the same - very helpful. New car delivered this week to my doorstep with a really information 30 minute handover. I couldn't be happier with the car and the buying experience (plus the treat I found in the boot). I would recommend Rockar without hesitation. Special shout out to Juliet in the online team for her help.

It was really a great experience to drive defender 130.I feel so great to drive this car though I was using Evouke before. Everybody should have taste of this car in life time

NEVER BUYING A JAGUAR CAR AGAIN!!!
Completely unreliable car spending more time in the garage than on the road. I have taken the car in almost 8 times now over the last 2 years for the same problem, and each time I am asked to pay the 'investigation fee' over and over again. Despite the fact that after every investigation and repair the fault continues to show up again.
The fault reappeared showing a warning that I would be unable to restart the engine, so I called ahead to the garage and I was asked to bring the car in on Monday. On arrival, I was instead told there was no availability to take the car in and was instead asked to come back in 2 weeks time. I told them I might not be able to start my car up to bring it to them, but still turned me away. Despite the fact that they have failed to fix my car and left me in this situation, they still wouldn't keep my car on site. Shockingly unreliable car, and dreadful service. Since the service team have failed to fix the fault themselves they have resorted to 'blaming my driving style' for the fault, so they can continue to justify their fee. I have never experience such awful car service in my life.
