Amazing store! Genuine figures from Japan.
Recently bought a Megumin figure for my husband as a gift, buying was smooth and they have such an amazing selection of figures it was hard to choose the perfect one. I was very happy to see that the figure was shipped directly from Japan but even then it arrived in less than a week. They also shipped it out super quickly, only a day after purchase! Will definitely buy from them again.

Great company for buying figures! Was on the lookout for a while on where to start collecting figures. Eventually came across this site, due to the great prices. I live in Canada, and the experience has been fantastic so far! They genuinely have the best packing I've seen before, with my 3 orders so far arriving in perfect condition, and coming within the expected shipping time. It's also worth noting that they have a really good selection of figures, some of which are quite hard to find normally. About to put in my 4th order, looking forward to many more!

Amazing! I was a bit doubtful at first but this store is incredibly underrated. I had pre-ordered a figure from here, the updates on it were very clear, and the figure was in perfect condition. I have no complaints, and will 100% be buying from here again!

Figurine d'origine, gros frais de douane
Figurine d'origine donc pas d'arnaque sur ce point la. Par contre j'ai du payer des frais de douane salés pour les avoir et clairement le prix est devenu trop élevé par rapport au prix sur Amazon par exemple. Bien sûr je n'ai pas été informé à l'achat de ses frais.

Lapin Noir did a great job, as usual. I've bought quite a few times at this store already and never had any issues, the products are very well packaged in two layers of wrapping and shipped fairly quickly.
The store also offers unboxing and checking figures that were purchased, in order to spot production errors or damages that would have otherwise been hidden inside. Easily one of the best features the shop offers!
The customer service is also very helpful and friendly, will usually answer in 24 hours.

Friendly customer support and great service
Except for an issue with the tracking of my order, which customer support fixed promptly,the service was excellent. Took seven business days to ship, but arrived in two days after that. The delivery box was lined in bubble wrap and each of the figures' boxes were wrapped in bubble wrap as well. Came with a little complementary card of the Lapin Noir mascot, sadly it was the same one I received last time.
