Trusted shop to buy figure
As a Malaysian, I'm comparing to other shop, like amiami, hobbylinkjapan, nin-ningame, This site might be the fastest customer services reply I ever had. So far no problem on receiving figures, fast shipping, fast updates.
Only problem for this site is searching figure not as good as mentioned shop above.

dont be scared
i was nervous to use this site cause i never saw it anywhere except from mfc, but saw the high star rating so i gave it a try. ordered a scale figure and they shipped it 2 days later. took 4 days in total to deliver to my house in the USA since i chose express shipping. they packaged it very well, box and figure in perfect condition. will definitely be ordering from here again

Amazing service

Le fait que les taxes soient payés directement à l'achat est une fonctionnalité que je n'ai retrouvé sur aucun autre site de vente de figurines basé au Japon, c'est un énorme avantage pour les acheteurs habitant en UE, cela permet d'éviter les mauvaises surprises avec les frais de douanes, souvent compliqués à estimer, une fois votre colis arrivé en France ! En plus de ça, l'envoi est rapide, la figurine que j'avais précommandé a été envoyé le lendemain de sa sortie, et la figurine est arrivée bien protégée, dans un carton d'une taille parfaite par rapport à la boîte de la figurine, ce qui permet probablement d'éviter les frais de port trop hauts !
Leur service client est aussi très réactif si vous avez des questions à leur poser, en envoyant un message durant les horaires d'ouvertures au Japon, j'ai pu avoir des réponses plusieurs fois en moins de 20/30 minutes
En bref, au top, probablement l'un des meilleur sites de figurines pour les acheteurs européens, je réutiliserais le site pour une bonne partie de mes futures précommandes !

Skeptical at first
Skeptical at first because I've never heard anything about them. Seeing a couple of people on Reddit vouch for them and have no issues with their order, I gave it a try. Ordered a figure for $55($85+ everywhere else due to it being an old pre-order) + $20 for shipping and it was shipped the next day. Waited 2 days and it arrived on time. I don't buy a lot of figurines but I would buy from them again.

Overly cautious customer experience
Long story short: You can trust this shop and the customer service is quick and effective.
Long story: It's my first review because, I too, am not very trustful when it comes to online shopping, but after cross-checking other customers (to see if they are frauds or bots), seeing the other reviews, investigating on many other pages I gave it a try.
Had some issues with my address because of my location being a bit remote, delivery was kind of a fight because FedEx doesn't have any warehouse on the Canary Islands and customer support was trying their best to make the delivery reach me. After 1 week of delay (FedEx's fault btw) I got my package in pristine conditions.
I don't put my trust on anything easily, but I trust Lapin Noir.
