quick service, and quick response on answers.

I had a great experience with my purchase, I ended up returning my laptop due to personal preferences but the team at LWL where very responsive and eager to help me. I really loved the fact that you can configure your computer however you like, there isn’t other provider out there (that I know off) that does this for Linux. If you want to use Linux and want a computer that is ready to go without little to no set up, this is the place. I’m sure I’ll come back once I make up my mind on what I want and need exactly.

I am using laptopwithlinux.com for the third time. I have made three orders and all of them are of high quality and exactly what I wanted. The shipments arrive without delays within the announced deadline. I recommend.

I asked for Debian with MATE and Debian and Ubuntu arrived.
WIFI does not work, error -2:
iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Direct firmware load for iwlwifi-ma-a0-gf-a0-72.ucode failed with error -2

The laptopwithlinux team works very efficiently and everything went very fast.
The computer is very impressive and with nice minimalistic design.
All I have been able to try so far is beyond expectation

I was looking for a customisable laptop that came with Ubuntu Linux already installed. The process of customising and ordering from LaptopwithLinux was clear and straightforward, and the computer was delivered promptly. Import from the Netherlands to the UK was completely free of problems for me - LaptopwithLinux evidently take care of customs duty very efficiently. The laptop was very well packaged, while minimising the amount of plastic used for this purpose. The cloth carrying case was an unexpected bonus. So far, I've used the laptop without any problems, so I have not needed to try customer support. I am happy with this purchase.

Amazing site and Shipping time, incredible in the christmas period.
Laptop? I love IT...I will recomand you in case the someone is interested in a ubuntu laptop.

Excellent, delivery was sharp and very fast, packaging was great. The laptop I am so pleased with it and with Linux on it at long last I have really missed using Linux. I can now give the MS one to my girlfriends brother, he needs it for school and I can pass it on. So bye bye MS at last.

I only bought it for some programs I needed for studies and my old Linux machine bit the dust and just about everything was giving up on it!

I cannot fault the LaptopWithLinux you have provided, She runs fast and smooth, I am not sure if TUX is female or not, but I call her She. I love the backlit keyboard not glaring and in your face. You have done an exceptional job and the 17inch screen makes all the difference, it is solidly built and it will last for a number of good years.

I have the TUX sticker in pride of placeon the Laptop! There other Distro's out their I will try out eventually, but I am very Happy as it is at the moment! It will be having a lot of use over the next few years. When the time comes I will definitely use you all again.

Your Customer Service I give a big thank you for your time on this and 5 Stars for all the team. Sorry for being late with review as I was away for over a week! Only got home today. Happy New Year for you all and I hope Business is good for you all!

I have had no incentive to write this review it is my Genuine Experience of this 17 inch Laptop.

Best Regards for all.

My new linux laptop is sooo fast. No more waiting and waiting for windows to pop up. This is so much computing for a very reasonable price. Loving it!

Efficient website. Full of options.
Laptop as described.
Efficient and on time shipment.

Shipping was superfast.
Product as described.
Packaging professional.
Came with additional stickers, great!

Delivery faster than expected, item as desribed, very pleased. Thank you.

Fast order processing and delivery by DHL. The laptop configuration was as requested and came with a free USB bootable stick.
I really have no complaints.

I bought the low-end laptop and can not recommend.

Maybe it's my own fault for not spending more money on a laptop, but it gets extremely hot no matter how few tasks I perform, and in video meetings or other demanding tasks it occasionally freezes and can only be force booted.

The hibernation doesn't work when traveling. It always turns on when I have carried it in my bag. Also, the design is poor and poorly customized. E.g. the F-buttons a set to that per default and not to their shortcuts which is what you use 99% of the time - and it cannot be changed according to support.

Talking to support was promising at first, they responded and said a bios update for the Fn issue was on the way. But here, two years after and after asking for updates several times, it hasn't appeared yet.
It seems this is a company that don't understand how to care for their product but merely try to sell computers with their Linux-oriented concept.

Very disappointing.

De laptop is in toconditie afgeleverd en uitgepakt.
Heb hem met Debian 12 geinstalleerd dit draait nu als een tierelier met oa. virt-manmager met een viertal vm's.
