Al good but short Akku time and shutdown on Akku end without any warning.

Great product, quick service. Excellent company, first rate customer service. Would highly recommend.

mijn PC ging kapot. Comexr heeft mij fijn geadviseerd en binnen 1 dag een nieuwe geleverd.
ik ben erg tevreden over hun hulp/advies en over de mini-pc

I had some questions during the deciding process, and they were swift and adequate answered by the team of LWL.

This indicated to me that this is a serious business with broad understanding of their product.

From ordering to delivery ( in France ) went only 4 days and that included the fact that I ordered a keyboard what yet had to be made!!

After receiving the well packed laptop a little software / kernel issued developed. I struggled some days with it and then contacted the helpdesk.
Also here swift actions, troubleshooting and correct problem solving.

I'm happy!

Fast deliveries, professional packaging, responsive customer service. The TongFang GX4 laptops look great, solid metal casing, performant machine. Single minus point: the charger is a bulky piece, which isn't apt for commuting or journeys, one has to buy a lighter wall charger.

Great machines and even better service!
I bought a laptop from this shop a year ago and have been very happy with it since. After about 9 months the battery started malfunctioning so immediately contacted customer support, within hours I was given instructions to give them sufficient information on what was going on with the machine, they could not find the issue in my system read out so we decided to return the laptop under warrenty procedure. After some testing they replaced the battery the laptop was returned to me against no additional charges.
Its been working without any issues since then

Staff is excellent, good communication. Laptop is Chinese (normall I would prefer Taiwanese, Japanese, South-Korean. Menu to select all the options is great, lots of choice. Laptop itself feels a bit flimsy but sofar it works ok.

Quality hardware for a good price.

LaptopWithLinux has an eye for detail, are forward thinking with their software support and deleiver good service for questions. Ah, and very quick with sending your order!

Fantastic service. Laptop delivered in a few days all the way from the Netherlands. Build quality excellent. Was impressed with customer support. I had an issue installing Linux OS. Emailed support within a few hours I had a solution which fixed my issue!

Very good laptop !

Fijne laptop, snel, blij van Windows af te zijn. Niet de goedkoopste en even wennen aan Linux , maar blij met de overstap

I recently bought two TongFang GX4 14-inch laptops, and I couldn’t be happier with them!

Both machines are fast, solidly built, and work perfectly with Linux. The support team was outstanding — they answered every question quickly and were incredibly helpful during the entire process.

I installed Fedora 42 on one of them and successfully ran a large language model (gpt-oss-120B, ~64 GB RAM) in LM Studio, achieving around 16–20 tokens/s — very impressive performance! For work, I regularly compile large projects from source, and these laptops handle that with ease. Even games from Steam run decently well.

The only minor issue I noticed is a small gap near the microphone area on one unit, but it’s purely cosmetic and not a problem at all.

Overall, amazing laptops and an excellent buying experience — highly recommended!

Good communication! I had some modifications to
the typical order. They even offered to refund some funds based on this. They are a continent or two away and communication was like they are next door.

Very well made laptop. Robust but light.
Really impressed on the sound.
I appreciate the attention to details and the package it was delivered with.

Friendly and helpful staff, computer works great.

I used to order laptops from Laptop with Linux at my previous work place for the work place and also as control laptops for the products we were making. They are great! Timely response, the products are well assembled, and if anything is wrong they get it sorted fast. I always knew I'd end up buying my next personal daily driver laptop from them, and that happened. I got the TongFang GX5 15.3-inch Metal Ultrabook, and I am very happy with the product. 10/10 would recommend people to get a laptop from them for Linux!

Simply the best experience I've ever had of buying pretty much anything, honestly. This review is long overdue as I bought a 16" maxed out power house of a laptop in Nov 2023 from them. They were fast, communicative about a lot of technical questions I had. They added heat sinks, thermal paste, flashed Coreboot onto it for me, allowed me to install my own RAM, and even agreed to send it with my own arranged DHL label, as I found a cheaper option.
Everything was honestly perfect, and the laptop is going strong, it is absolutely a beautiful beast that does anything I ask of it.
Thank you to Laptops with Linux, I wish more retailers were as helpful as you are! Recommend 100%!
