SCAM They are not operational
Purchased two pricey chandeliers in beginning of July for over £1.2K , has not arrived yet, no one answers phone calls or emails. I am escalating this .
I was lucky to have paid via paypal who has investigated this and has agreed to refund the money. I would suggest everyone to do a charge back through their bank. Forget about them ever answering or refunding.

I made a number of orders with this company and unfortunately the customer services is the worst I have ever received.
They do not respond to emails and telephone calls remain unanswered.
I am waiting for 2 refunds for products which they sold to me and didn’t deliver. I contacted them to ask if they would be delivered later and they said no as they were over sold. I ended up cancelling an order for £5,000 due to my experience. The refunds are overdue and no one responds.
Terrible service
We ordered a large amount of furniture and were eagerly looking forward to the “white glove” delivery.
It was outsourced- and 2 men tried to get the furniture in- and failed.
1. A chandelier we ordered was in a sofa box. I refused to accept it, and it was indeed broken when it went back. When I asked for my money back i was told that no refund was possible but that I could choose another chandelier and an electrician would fit it for me. This is unacceptable - I would like the refund.
2. The dining table was so heavy and long that the 2 delivery men said it would be impossible to get it in and place on the stand without breaking it - so I did not accept delivery - in fact when on the phone to Larkbury at the time, my and the delivery men’s 3m measurement of the length was denied as the Salesman said he could tell by the way “the shadows fell” that it was not 3m!
3. A large sofa was unable to get into our house despite a larger than average doorway. In fact it was so heavy, I had to give the delivery men a hand to get it back in the lorry
4. The other sofa we bought was so large that the men didn’t even try- it was too large to fit
In dealing with Larkbury I have found them slow, and despite escalating to a senior manager Mr Paul Brookes, I still do not see the service I expected - I am chasing them. When a complaint has been raised, how can it take 10 days to come back to me AFTER site visit , and not even offer a refund of the broken item.
I have lost faith in the service.
I will not be using Larkbury again.
For the premium price that was paid, even in a sale, I have received a budget service.
I would like this to act as a warning other buyers - beware. It looks good, but if anything goes wrong….
As we bought with Amex, I have taken this dispute up with Amex also. I will also be contacting Trading Standards
Chaotic processes
Chaotic processes. Asked for payment for a catalogue item on their websire which they were not actually able to fulfill. I was sent a receipt which had nothing to do with my order.
Sadly, I was very disappointed, particularly because of the excellent Trustpilot reviews
I would not recommend purchasing from this company
I purchased an item from this company which arrived damaged. After a few shenanigans they agreed to refund me for this item plus my return fees. I returned the item promptly and waited the 14 days for my refund but I received nothing. I emailed and called several times but in the end resorted to PayPal who intervened on my behalf and decided in my favour and have refunded me for the item. However my return shipping costs of £24.99 are still outstanding after several attempts to make contact. I would not recommend this company at all.
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Think twice before purchasing…
I raised a complaint (which unfortunately Larkbury have completely ignored) as I bought several items from the outlet sale (thousands of £s) and I dealt with several members of their sales team.
1) The delivery lead time. From placing the initial order on 14th May and being told 10-12 working days delivery, to only just receiving the items on 23rd June after chasing several times and being told conflicting information.
2) I have email evidence from one of their sales assistants confirming the dining table I purchased was in excellent condition. I told them I would only buy it if it was, yet it arrived covered in dents, scratches and marks.
3) The bed I ordered arrived with NO instructions on how to build it nor the right amount of screws. It took hours and hours to figure out how to set up the bed especially with lack of screws.
4) I asked for all items to be checked and was provided video and WhatsApp message evidence that they were in excellent condition. The bed and chairs have black marks on them that won’t come off.

I’d been searching for the perfect piece to complete my room, and the Murano coffee table did not disappoint. It’s absolutely stunning – the design, quality, and finish are even more impressive in person. It adds a touch of elegance and sophistication that really ties the whole space together.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout – a real pleasure to deal with. From the moment I walked in, I felt looked after and confident in my purchase. Highly recommend if you’re after something unique and stylish with top-notch service to match!

Customer Service appauling
As an interior designer for over 30 years Larkbury must be one of the worst companies we have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Constantly missing deadlines. Currently we are in dispute with them on a refund for faulty Goods. Be very wary when dealing with this company and would suggest only paying by credit card so you have some recourse if your product is faulty or delivery times missed.

Great quality and amazing delivery service

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. I purchase an item on 24 May an expensive item. In website said will contact 3-5 days for delivery. I wrote to them on 3 June no response at all and i called them after many attempts said cant find order and after a long time said order still in process and not progress yet. I gave them another week then called and said mailbox full. Stay away from this company i am trying to get my money back.
Only after review they called and agreed to refund within 12 days. Then told them to give me an email and in their email they change to 12 weeks. The law requires refund within 14 days and how can a company claim to sell LUXURY furniture to have such bad customer service. Stay away from this company that not genuine. I am disputing to paypal and also consumer rights.

I purchased some furniture from the showroom and was told to pay by Paypal. They gave me the link to pay and there was a system fault on the day where my payment was taken but not show on their paypal account. I was told that I need to do it again as I have to clear that invoice for the sale item to be reserved for me. After 2 attempts on Paypal, I had to make the 3rd payment through my credit card. They took all 3 payments and then told me that I will not get my refund until 14 days later. I tried contacting them for a refund and nobody respond depite my many emails. When I got through to their finance department they kept saying they will process but never give me a timescale. I now have to raise a dispute with my credit card. The dispute for Paypal was resolved and if I did not raise a dispute with Paypal, they will not do so either. This company is terrible when it comes to refunding customers.

Great delivery experience
Great delivery experience - I have recently moved house and have had a lot of deliveries from various companies, and this has to be the best. The delivery team Costi and Catalin arrived on time (having called ahead to let me know they were nearby), delivered the item to the room with no fuss, helped me position it, and took away all packaging.
