Beautiful products- fantastic customer service
This watch was beautiful and feminine and fit in m daughter’s delicate wrist beautifully. We accidentally ordered two identical watches, one from me and one from her husband. The customer service was really efficient and returned our money when we sent one back. I will definitely purchase from Larsson & Jennings again.

I never received my order
I never received my order. All of my pieces were shipped separately and they went missing. One item came and it wasn’t even jewelry. I assumed the fulfillment center got the items mixed up. I was refunded however it was a Christmas gift that my daughter never received.

Lovely customer service
Ordered a selection of watches for my daughter to choose one for her birthday. Took unwell and was unable to return them promptly however the staff were very understanding and helpful allowing me to return them when I was able to go out. The watches were all beautiful and good quality - it was a hard decision but she loves the watch she chose.

I ordered my granddaughter a watch on Thanksgiving night for her college graduation. She was graduating the following week. After ordering, I sent an email to the support team asking if they would send some sort of gift certificate that I could give her. To my surprise, I received an email immediately stating they would make sure I would receive the watch in time for graduation. The support team followed the watch and told me exactly when I would receive the gift.
The watch is beautiful and the support team is above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this company and it's products.

Beautiful stylish watch,excellent value for money. I purchased the ladies two tone tank style and would highly recommend. I had some issues due to Canada Post being on strike, but the customer service was excellent and they replaced my missing order very quickly.

Client experience is lacking
Was not happy with the way they deal with lost packages, they also ship their watches and other jewelry separately which made it so difficult to keep track of when to be home to sign for shipping. Frustrating to deal with having to explain over and over again what the problem was over 3 month time span. With a company like this was expecting much higher levels of a lux shopping experience. Didn’t get that vibe from them.

I bought a mini boyfriend watch and I loved it! It's delicate, elegant and beautiful. When I bought the watch, the strap was too big for me so I wrote to the store and they quickly solved the situation. They sent me a tool so I could adjust the strap myself.
