Very happy with my purchase + suggestion.
I ordered the Boyfriend Mini Áine Black Black 33mm and Tove Ring Sterling Silver in November, received them in December. Very happy with the purchase and the quality. Everything looks like the pictures on the website. Also the customer service through email was excellent and quick.
My only complaint (or you can call it a suggestion) that took away one star is the packaging and shipping. Since the order was shipped overseas, I think it is better to have an outer thick box for shipments (especially for smaller packages) and to protect the product’ box. As for the inside, I would recommend adding a piece of thick paper/cardboard that holds the hand watch in a nice circle shape in its bag. That way it gives the customer a better sense and look of the received high quality product.
Last one, please try to collect then deliver instead of shipping/delivering products separately when they were purchased together.

Gorgeous watch, cheap adjustor - broken watch.
The watch was gorgeous, but when I tried to adjust the size the adjuster broke off into the links. Now I’m stuck with an open watch. The adjuster was very cheap feeling so I’m not really surprised it broke. Once I reached out I heard back and sent photos of where it had broken off but never heard back after that. I don’t have the time or extra money to take it to a jeweler so it’s just decor at the moment until I do.
