Extremely Disappointed – Gold Wore Off in 2 Weeks
I was excited to purchase a necklace from Larsson & Jennings, as they advertise their jewelry as high-quality and non-tarnishing. I bought the Tuva necklace for the Christmas holidays, expecting a durable and elegant piece. However, after just two weeks of normal wear, the gold layer completely wore off, leaving the necklace tarnished and cheap-looking.
For the price, I expected much better durability, but this has been a huge disappointment. The quality is simply not acceptable. I do not recommend this product!

I purchased two watches from Larson & Jennings, one for myself and one as a gift for my best friend who lives abroad. I was looking for timeless pieces, and while I initially faced a hiccup with one of the watches arriving damaged, the customer service team was exceptional in resolving the issue.
When I reached out within the warranty period, they promptly responded and arranged for a replacement watch without any hassle. The replacement watch is flawless, and their swift action truly restored my confidence in their brand.
I’m so pleased with my watches and would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking elegant and reliable timepieces.
