Beautiful earrings and outstanding customer service!
I received the stunning Pearl Honey Drop Bee earrings as a birthday gift from my partner, and while I absolutely adored them, there was a issue with one of the stud backs upon opening the box. However, my experience with Latelita and their exceptional customer service made this a non-issue.
I reached out to Latelita and was fortunate to speak with Stephen over the phone. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely eager to resolve the situation. We also exchanged emails, during which I sent over images of the issue. To my delight, later that same day, I received a postage label along with a thoughtful email from Stephen, who hand-selected the replacement earrings and even included a photo for my approval. The level of attention to detail was remarkable.
Once my return was received, I received another email from Stephen confirming that the replacement had already been shipped for next-day delivery, along with a bonus pair of spare studs. I was so impressed by how seamlessly everything was handled.
The earrings are not only a birthday gift but they will also be part of our wedding day, and I couldn't be more excited to wear such a beautiful pair.
A huge thank you to Stephen and Latelita for their outstanding service and for making this experience unforgettable. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life! We are getting married in July and I am so excited for everyone to see the earrings.

I own multiple pairs of Latelita earrings :
1. The green anaconda
2. Blue arabelle
3. Valencia in white gold
4. Starfish Pearl drop earrings
5. The winsor ruby earrings
6. The Astoria hoops are on their way.
Overall, the quality is great and the customer service is very efficient. I need to say that I am a but disappointed that some styles have been out of stock for a long time, such as the Long Drop in ruby or the Asp Snake in ruby also. I also need to say that some new earrings designs are very very expensive...

Cheaply made but the price is not cheap. Would never recommend. You should not charge me to ship back the necklace . It came totally broken. I was duped!

Pleasant experience
I ordered the pendant as a gift and it was a winner! A very lovely piece of art. Delicate and high quality necklace with thoughtful packaging. My only gripe is that the pendant is attached to the necklace... It was a gift for a man so it is a bit tight and the structure of the jewelry does not allow for easy replacement.
But overall, very nice experience!

Lush lapis lazuli and perfect pearls.
The excellent customer service and beauty of the items purchased bring me bck to this shop. Both the pearl, poppy chocker and the lapis lazuli necklaces are stunning, enhancing anything they are worn with. My only regret is that the lapis is not a knotted necklace, thus I handle it with care and avoid small children.

Illegal request of official papers and website shipment information
14 days with no resolve, with product, delivery and taxes already paid online.
Delivery company UPS send me an email from an address of some lady - Latelita - we have GDPR, you are not allowed to share any of my personal information with UPS, For any purpose other than the ACTUAL delivery.
For an EU and Schengen country, Romania, UPS requested FROM ME:
- my ID
- a comercial and technical description of the product, in Romanian
- written power of attorney from me to them
- written personal declaration stating that the amount on the bill is the corect one.
Are you for real? For a 90€ ring? This is completely illegal.
Also, you allow the purchase from Romania, you ask for delivery and taxes payment as the photo, but do not include Romania in your country list on your website. This is also illegal under UK law.

Please allow us to clarify a few points. We have been in daily contact with you, providing all available updates regarding your parcel’s customs clearance. Unfortunately, the Romanian customs authorities requested additional information, including documents such as your ID and a written declaration—requirements completely outside our control. These regulations vary by country, and as the importer, you were required to provide this information for the delivery to proceed. We made every effort to explain this and assist you through the process.
Regarding your concern about data privacy, please be assured that sharing your contact details with UPS is standard practice necessary for the fulfillment of delivery services. This process complies with GDPR, as the information is shared exclusively for the purpose of delivering your order.
As it became clear that the customs requirements could not be met, we took the step of offering you a full refund and arranged for the return of the item. We believe this was the fairest solution under the circumstances.
Lastly, we are currently working to improve the information available on our website regarding country listings and shipping details, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Great customer service when I messed up a return!
I needed to return a ring and exchange but accidentally bought a second one! Lesley and Stephen in the customer care team have both been so responsive and helpful in sorting out cancelling the accidental order, processing the return of the first ring and sending out a new item plus refunding the difference in price. Plus- really pretty jewellery!
