We ordered a new home ceramic heart decoration for our granddaughter and her partner who had just moved into their first home together. It arrived as stated by the time stated, when we opened it we were extremely pleased not only with the item but more so with the personnel touches included which shows the attention to detail that Laura shows makes all the difference thank you. Will be back !!

Beautiful personalised mug, good quality.

Fantastic service, as described love it

First time I have ordered anything from Laura, really pleased with vase with 'robins appear when loved ones are near', bought for my Dads 84th birthday and 10 year anniversary of my mums passing which is 2 days apart. Brought tears to my Dads eyes so meant a lot and I am sure he will fill it with flowers for many years to come. Thank you Laura

Excellent product - beautifully made and packaged really well.

I wanted specifically a puffin and Launa’s design for the mug was perfect especially with the option to personalise it!
