This place is a scam…
I purchased an outfit from this spoof of a business and at first they wouldn't send it I waited for 3 weeks then finally someone by name of linlin contacted me apologized and sent my item out immediately. But it gets worse! Once the package arrived it wasn't what I ordered at all. Different style color and outfit all together wrong. I was very upset and I have reached out to customer service but no return conversations at all. I disputed the payment hopefully PayPal will reverse the charges. Beware buyers this Place is a scam!!!

Schlechte Qualität zum überzogenem Preis
Ich habe 2 Kleider Bestellt, Es wurden offensichtlich billige Materialien verwendet. Die Kleider entsprechen nicht den Abbildungen auf den Fotos im Shop. Statt des dargestellten Stoffes wurden zwei unterschiedliche, nicht zueinander passende Stoffarten verarbeitet. Die Qualität und das Erscheinungsbild weichen dadurch deutlich von der Beschreibung und den Produktbildern ab. Der Verkäufer verlangt hat den Fall zu schließen eher eine angebliche Erstattung statt finden kann.

Clickbait Women’s Clothing Company
What went wrong? They didn’t send me the correct item I ordered or the right color. Secondly it arrived in a plastic bag, yet they advertise like a women’s luxury clothing brand.
I’ve been in business for 35 years. If I had a terrible customer service. It’s no question I’d be out of business.
This company has clickbait products. When it arrives it looks nothing like what’s advertised. Never waste your hard earned money on this company!!!! Because I definitely won’t order from them again.

Worst company ever, ordered my daughters semi formal dress paid extra for express post so we had it super early so if required we could find something else or at least alter if needed.... Express post was promised within 7 days turned out to be 15 days arrived 2 days before my daughters formal completely wrong colour, completely different material, the corset was floppy with no hard shapping in the torso as shown in the original image we purchased from, it was a disgrace, the company has taken no real responsibility, will only refund partial if I pay for my own postage back... Extremely disappointed

I've been ordering from Lavechic for a few years now. Great quality overall. I get a lot of compliments. Sizing is generally accurate, but there have been a few occasions where XS (my usual) is too small. But, customer service is very quick to respond and help rectify things.

I have not worked with this company, but a similar company that had beautiful pictures of linen. When I received my garments they were made of burlap or cloth that I’ve never seen. I fought and received a refund even though I purchased with Klarna. These companies pop-up with fantastic photos that are scams in that the pics don’t represent the merchandise..

Auf die Antwort hin wieder das Rücksendeticket gemailt wieder nichts passiert, ich habe keine Handhabe gegen die Firma, da Sie mir geschrieben haben, dass ich die Beschwerde erst bei Paypal zurückziehen muss, sonst können Sie das Geld nicht auszahlen. Don't buy from this shop, the quality is terrible. I bought a pair of cowboy boots with studs. Upon receiving them, I discovered they were very poor quality and flimsy. They weren't made of PU leather, more like cardboard, and instead of studs, they were imitations sewn with thread – not worth a single euro. After wearing them once, the boots were ruined and ended up in the trash. So, stay away from this shop, it's a complete disaster.
2. now You Sent me a mail, that we will find a Solution, you make me laugh, not only the Boots are very bad quality , your Return politicy is also very Bad. You proposed me 61 Euro for the Boots when i sent them back, the costs for Return to China are about 50 Euros!!!!!!!!that’s Not a good Deal. So again : nobody shojld buy at your shop

Je ne peux que confirmer les nombreux avis négatifs. Vêtements de piètre qualité importés de Chine et n’ayant rien à voir avec les photos. Le service client me laisse le choix entre un remboursement de 30% et un bon d’achat de 40% (comme si j’allais encore commander chez eux…) ou un renvoi à mes frais. Evidemment aucune des deux options ne me satisfait, n’ayant pas reçu ce que j’ai commandé. Bref, comment s’en mettre plein les poches en arnaquant les gens
