Cheap fabric. Tiny sizing. Ordered 2XL and it just fits my size 8 granddaughter.

I ordered 2 merino wool jumpers, that are actually 100% polyester. Although I have emailed and replied to emails I haven’t had an acceptable solution (keep product for between 10 and 40 percent of purchase price or return items to China for $40 postage). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would rate lower if it was possible. Was sent a completely different item from what I ordered (only resemblance was the colour)
When trying to organise a refund, they expect the customer to pay for return shipping to china even when they are at fault of the situation.
Wouldn’t ever bother again.

I ordered pants that were described as 100% cotton, I also followed their size guide - which was very inaccurate. Received my pants, they were the wrong size - was happy to return and get the right size, but then I noticed that the label said 100% polyester! I am unable to wear polyester against my skin, so wanted to return them. Despite their description specifically saying they were 100% cotton - they were supplied incorrectly. Now to return them they insist that I pay for the shipping! They don’t seem to understand that they caused the issue. I would never have ordered these if they were Polyester. Very difficult to deal with and currently things have not been resolved. I would strongly recommend that you don’t deal with this company.

I purchased a dress that looked fantastic and sexy for a event coming up. Spent $90 that turned out to be totally see through. I dont have much money and requested a refund. I did get $8. 90 something which is a rude joke.
The clothes are crap and the reviews are real. I just wish I read the reviews before loosing saved up money to be robbed. No I am not going to the event as I gained so much weight I have nothing now to wear. $8.90 REFUND is a joke

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before placing an order.
The item that arrived was nothing like what I ordered. It was meant to be merino wool and came as polyester, very poor quality and certainly nothing like what I ordered. Extremely disappointed and also with customer service who keep implying that the item did not meet my expectations but in fact it was nothing like the item shown. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS EVERYTHING IS FROM CHINA.

Honestly, very disappointed with the coat. The quality feels extremely cheap and nothing like what I expected from the photos or the price I paid. It just doesn’t feel worth the money at all, and I regret purchasing it.

The reviews of this place really speak for themselves, and I genuinely wish I had taken the time to read them properly before purchasing. I definitely would have thought twice about ordering if I had.

I wish I had read some of the reviews on Trust Pilot prior to ordering. This seems to be a copycat.
I ordered a dress and what I received it was the absolute cheapest version of what they were advertising on their website. I received a 95%polyester while the description on their website was blend of linen and cotton. After providing photos and evidence as they requested I was offered a 10% refund and could keep the item. Alternatively I could return it at my own expense which I was warned may include customs and excise duty, and after receiving the item they would decide if I could be refunded the whole amount.
After several email exchanges they offered a 50% refund and could have kept the dress.
I did not accept and we are still arguing. This is false advertising and I will keep going until I get the full refund.

It is a scam.

The garment I ordered and paid for originally was not available in the colour I wanted.

I don't think my payment should have been taken unless the garment I wanted was available..

I was asked to choose another colour. I did so but was not 100% happy with the only other colour I would consider from the options.

The garment took more than 3 weeks to arrive (longer than advertised) and I received multiple annoying emails telling me it was on its way.

The garment has a faulty zipper on the top, and the pants do not fit well (although the medium size is the correct size).

I am dissatisfied with the garment and would like to return it for a full refund.

I am waiting for a reply to my request for an address to return the faulty and unsatisfactory garment for a refund. I sent this request on the day the garment arrived.

I then followed instructions to send photos of the garment. The reason for the photos was not properly explained. I am concerned that the promise to resolve the issue as soon as possible is not a genuine promise.

I have not shopped with Lavida Boutique before.

My past online shopping experiences with other brands were far superior to this one.

DISHONEST took $600 worth of pants they said was 100% quality cotton turned up cheap 100% SYNETHIC POLYESTER - this company has proven to be dishonest

There was a problem with the shoes that were delivered. They were not even close to a men’s US 9.5 size which is what I ordered. They are much much smaller.

I sent an email to info @ lavida with a photo showing the delivered shoes against my other shoes that are also a US 9.5, showing how much smaller there delivered shoes were.

I did not get any response from Lavida Boutique - just silence so won't be shopping with Lavida ever again and would not recommend this online shop to anyone.

The track pants that I received bore little resemblance to the ones I ordered for example elasticised waist and cuffs. After providing photographic evidence as requested I was offered the option of keeping the unwanted garment with a 10% refund. Alternatively I could return for exchange at my own expense which I was warned may include customs and excise duty (and no guarantee the correct item would be dispatched in any case). After several email exchanges I settled for a 40% refund and have retained the pants.
I would not use Lavida Boutique again and wish I had read some of the reviews on Trust Pilot prior to ordering.

FALSE ADVERTISING and CANNOT GET A FULL REFUND. Bought what was supposed to be a "merino wool jumper" but turned out to be 100% polyester. Sizing was too small too. They said keep it and we'll give you 10% refund. I can't wear it so I didn't want to keep it. They then offered 20% refund for me to keep it and go away. I declined. They then offered 40% or I could pay the cost of returning the item to China (didn't know I was ordering from there) and ALSO pay any customs or other charges (unknown). I think the latter was said to try to get me to accept the 40% and keep the jumper. I kept asking if a replacement would be in merino wool but they would NOT answer that question. Obviously, they catch people out and then keep some of their money. That's their business model. So, I've received less than half of my money back and have a jumper which is useless. I wouldn't give any stars if that was an option.

Good product, as,advertised. Only problem was sizing ,very small . Add 2x sizes ,I purchased boots in size 10 UK and they were size 8 to 9 if that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Ordered my daughter a dress for her school formal, took 2 months to arrive, with multiple email excuses, then it finally arrived and it wasnt even the dress we ordered. Now they will only give either a 10% refund, or i have to ship the dress back to Asia warehouse at my expense if I want it exchanged for what I actually ordered. Absolute joke.

To alll these negative reviewers...I had the same experience. They send rubbish.
Record their deception like I did and make a complaint through the department of fair trading. I got a 100% refund and didn't have to send anything back as they would legally wear the cost of that. Items thrown in the bin unfortunately, they were that bad.

I was very disappointed with my purchase.
The products appear to be the same or very similar to items available on Temu, yet they are being sold at significantly inflated prices.
Unfortunately, the quality was also poor, and the sizing left a lot to be desired. The items did not live up to the prices being charged. I would strongly recommend comparing prices, checking sizing carefully and looking at reviews before purchasing.

They also offered a 10% refund, then with negotiation a 40% refund or for me to send the product back at my own expense, after which they would decide whether a refund would be granted.

The jumper in question is not labeled, sizing “M” on a tiny tag at the bottom inside of jumper on seam and I’m a size 10 and sleeve length is too short, body very small, I cannot wear it.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner. Bought 2 dresses and what arrives was nothing short of disgusting quality and nothing like the photos online. They want me to pay to return or keep the items and they’ll give me 10% back. DO NOT BUY FROM LAVIDA BOUTIQUE!!!
