Very reliable company with great staff
Third vehicle I’ve hired for a business project in 8 days and both the quality of the vehicles and professionalism of the staff is the best I’ve seen in the UK in recent years.
Once again, this latest vehicle delivered by Para was in a super clean condition and exactly on time. Great to do business with LCH

Exceptional Service from Megan Bishop
I recently required warranty work on my BMW 7 Series on three separate occasions over the past few months, and during this time, I was provided with a replacement vehicle through LCH. While the overall service from the company was excellent, I must highlight the exceptional assistance I received from Megan Bishop.
Megan went above and beyond to ensure the replacement vehicle was truly like-for-like, understanding the importance of this for my work as a chauffeur. Her efficiency was remarkable and she ensured all documentation was completed and my onboarding with my chauffeuring platform was sorted before I even received the vehicle on all three occasions. This level of service ensured I didn’t lose any income, which I truly appreciate.
I cannot thank Megan enough for her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. This was, without a doubt, the best customer service experience I have ever received. If all customer service interactions were like this, the world would indeed be a better place. Thank you so much, Megan!
