Not recommended at all!! Specially their No Deposit Option is a real money scam. Never got any discount they promised. Also we been told that I could cancel it any time, now saying that I can’t cancel it before a certain period of time. Such a waste of money.

Leaders have provided a very professional and efficient service in helping us find tenants for our property. Both Jamiel and Klaudia at the Nottingham office have gone out of their way to help with our queries and get the tenancy set up. Thank you

Been messed about for over 1 month.
The easy part was keeping me hanging with a deposit,
When there was an issue with the property 1 was interested in they started dancing ballet and kept me hanging... after 20 days they offered a exchange property that didn't suit me and I asked for the holding fee to be returned. It took 2 weeks for that to be agreed and a form to be sent over, i signed the form, it took them another week too sign it on their end and from then 3-5 days for a refund ... but guess what ... there was "an issue" that no one bothered to tell me about it till I called again asking for my money. The issue has been sorted now and I need to wait another 3-5-10-25-38 days. Rubbish !

The level of commitment is second to none. I am very pleased with the service and the prompt communication from Ryan Jarvis and Paul Unwin. You can hear their smile at the end of the line ☺️

We recently went through the process of renting a new property. From start to finish and being accepted was less than 5 days! Absolutely over the moon and Luke Miles was so incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back if renting in the future!

I'm a international student and because of my family, I was looking for a 2 - 3 bed to rent for over 2months online and offline. Almost giving up until I came across a house advertised by Leaders.

They took their time to understand my needs, provided all necessary support towards completing my application, the patience and guidance I couldn't get from others.

I can’t explain how bad my experience has been over the past 4 months. I am a university student and there are 6 of us living in a 4 man house. 2 of the bedrooms are under legal measurements. When we moved in we personally found needles and syringes. We have 1 shower and 1 bath between 6 people, bearing in mind you can’t stand up in the bath because the ceiling is so low. Our shower hasn’t been working for the past 3 months and it hasn’t been fixed yet. There’s no communication, every time we ring up they say the same and they never resolve the issue. Everybody in the office seem incompetent. Do not recommend, especially university students.
Update: shower has still not been resolved
