Blouse took weeks (and endless apologetic e-mails from LeFlair) to arrive. Quality was terrible. Returns policy is even worse. Options were:
1: Keep the item with a partial refund and "We’ll issue a 10% refund on your original order. You’ll also receive a 50% discount coupon for your next purchase, which you can use to reorder the correct size if you’d like or get a different item. You’re welcome to keep, donate, or dispose of the item as you see fit.
OR 2: Return the item for a full refund ... to our warehouse in China at your own expense."
I googled the address they supplied to find other unhappy purchasers had never received their refunds.

I wish I had read the reviews first, after placing an order amounting to £130 I quickly tried to cancel ( Which they say you can do within 15mins)
They came back saying the order was already being processed( it was only 17mins) & could not be cancelled & that I could return!!!
What a joke - as others have said there is no way you are going to return to China- the returns label on my package even said to return to an address here in England!!!
When I emailed to return the items & explained it was going to cost more to send them back the answer I got was give them to a friend or charity shop.
I am disgusted that they think people can just afford to do this.

Avoid this company. Our experience is that the products are nothing like advertised, and they simply refuse to refund or accept product returns.

I suspect they are just a dropshipping outfit, and a Google search suggests it's Vietnamese sourced. The veneer of being a UK Retailer seems to be total bollox. Companies house has them registered to what appears to be a flat in North London, and some sort of connection with Groningen in the Netherlands. There is no contact address for this outfit except for the email.

Both of those faults breach the EU and UK Distance Selling Regulations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013,

We are progressing the issue with the credit card company under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, but if you pay by Debit Card or possibly via a Third Party such as Paypal your rights to refunds are less clear. Certainly LeFlair want nothing to do with returns -also against distance selling regulations - and their pre-sale quality control appears to be zero.

Trading Standards need to stop these grotbags. Scamadviser.com puts them as high risk of beings scammers

Meanwhile, you have been warned.

Update: I notice that they are now changing the trading name to Le Flair2 in Manchester. Same website URL. Same products advertised.

I wish I’d read reviews first!!! Just done buy from this company. The returns go like this, they give you two options.
Option 1: a 10% refund and 50% off the next order you make and keep the clothes
Option 2: send out back to China at your own cost and (if) it ever reaches their warehouse they will pieces a refund.

They make out they are a local UK company that has been teasing for long time and were closing down. They are just a lot of fake marketing and poor quality clothing. I wish you could post pictures on here to adore how little the clothes look like the picture.

Another Chinese scam company who DO NOT operate in the UK, as they advertise! Costs more to return an item as it has to go back to Asia so I didn’t bother, which is what they are banking on! Terrible quality fabrics used, look nothing like advertised! PLEASE PLEASE steer well clear!!

If only I had checked trustpilot first.

Terrible quality, do not respond, in my opinion charge extortionate amount for refunds if you are fortunate enough to be able to contact them.

As per my review 19 th May the update , said the suit is cotton blend its label has 100% polyester the French saying black badge sewn on arm .. is saying “little escape “ in English ..They have said they will have a word with there supplier and apologised offered me 10% refund £4 !! I wouldn't even give it 1 star! My order took over two weeks to arrive, and when it did, the material quality was terrible. Additionally, the label had been sewn into the back, so it was attached in two places. The goods were faulty, and yet all I was offered was a 10% refund and 50% off my next purchase! I won't be buying anything from this company again! They wanted me to arrange a return to China. Do not shop with this company!

This company appears to offer normal online shopping returns if goods are not required. Not the case. On reading the separate section on returns you learn that a minimum charge of £20 must be paid for postage.
The pair of sandals which I purchased were the poorest quality I have ever seen, with the leather so flimsy it creased while packed, the soles appearing to be lightweight polystyrene. The toxic smell from them was so strong, those in the room started to cough.
This company should be struck off.

Adding further to my review of 12 May. I’ve now received the order (2 weeks later) and the hoodie that was advertised as merino wool is 65% cotton and 35% polyester. The dress is wholly synthetic. Both really poor quality. The site says 30 day return policy but don’t say you have to return them to China at your own cost. Do not buy.

Ordered alleged half price sandals. Was given expected delivery date of between 1 week and 3 weeks which rang alarm bells as they were supposed to be London based. Then got an email to say they were out of stock so at that point I tried to cancel the order. Got an email from Katie Sinclair saying they had already been shipped and the out of stock email had been an error. This process was repeated… out of stock, please cancel, they’ve been dispatched so you can’t cancel out of stock email was an error.
Sandals eventually arrived and they are extremely poor quality. Lesson learned the hard way, check Trustpilot first

This a fake company. The goods take weeks to come & are extremely poor quality. To get a refund you have to return them to China! However, I raised a dispute with my credit card company & they contacted Le Flair who have immediately refunded me the whole amount. This shows once challenged they will refund as obviously don’t want to be scrutinised. I advise others to do the same.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Oh how I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased! I believe this company mis-represents itself through images and wording. The item I bought was NOTHING like the image. It was poorly made, cheap material, and poor finishing. Returning it to China would cost more that the actual item!

Shocking experience, jumpsuit ordered so I thought from London but was from china, cheap material, sizing all wrong, when enquired about returning was told to return to china at my own expense, faults advertising.

They are scammers never shop from them. They have scammed me with low quality of clothes plus did not give my refund

Came across le flair on Facebook, linked to a local independent clothes shop that is trustworthy. Le Flair was saying the family firm that had traded for years was having to close down because of economic market type problem and all goods were reduced. Found sandals that looked nice£35.99 from £65 ( I think).. a comment was on the order information that said if the goods came up when selected, it meant they were still in stock. So I Ordered. I Then got email to say the delivery would be delayed, as the shoes were found to be out of stock, but they had managed to source another pair from their supplier. mmm I was Instantly suspicious as they’d said it was a closing down sale. Eventually after about 10-11 days a very poor quality pair of shoes arrived, made from a dubious looking ‘material’. No paperwork in package, so I investigated ( with difficulty) how to return….Oh! At own expense and it said the cost would be usually in excess of £20, depending on the package size …and return was to China!!!!! I usually check return process before I purchase, but on this occasion did not, as I couldn’t find any details. Stupid mistake. Don’t think it’s worth returning as I’d be surprised if they’ll actually refund anything . Scammers stating a family business sadly having to close down. Rogues

The item did not match the video online in the quality of the material or the size. Seeing that they offer 3XL, I assumed the sizes will be on the small side, so did order 3XL instead of my usual XL. Could not even zip it up! The material in the video on Insta was soft and flowing. What arrived was cheap cotton, incredibly creased, which quite obviously would be very difficult to iron or wear. To add insult to injury, a few days after placing the order, I was informed that they did not have the item in my size in stock, so will be shipping from the warehouse. The warehouse turned out to be in China! Needless to say, I wanted to return such a disappointing item for a full refund, but was told that I had to post it at my expense to China. Since I have already burned my fingers once on returning an item to China, which went missing as soon as it arrived at the border, I was unwilling to repeat the experience. The best Le Flair could offer in the circumstances, was to refund me 20% and I could keep/donate the item. The item is awful and not as described at all, the wrong size completely, so the only option I have is to get rid of it and pay dearly for the pleasure - nearly £32 (80%).

Total rip off, poor quality clothes that come from china. DO NOT USE. If you don’t like the item you have to pay to ship it back to China or they offer 10% discount and a £50 pound voucher of your next order which is never going to happen because I would never order from them again. I have chosen to send the item back, will wait and see if I get a full refund. !!!!
