Le Flair is not a high quality London based store! I believed the owners were closing down after many years of trading to spend quality time with grandchildren - untrue. This company is based China selling poor quality items, the website is a total misrepresentation of what you actually receive. I’m really upset and feel I’ve been scammed.

Website impressive, product received was tat. Very poorly quality. Was provided returns label and instructed to return to China using track and trace, which cost a fortune. This resulted in me keeping the product costing £35 and receiving a 20% refund. Total rip-off.

All the reviews here ring true with my own experience. Only wish I’d seen & read them before ordering. The website looks very professional and gives the impression of a high end London based retailer when actually the goods come direct from China but there is no mention of that on the website which displays a TRUSTPILOT review rating of 4.8 when it is really 1.4.
I have tried to cancel my order but I’m not holding my breath. If my order does arrive I have little confidence the item will be of reasonable quality so will have to bear the cost of returning it to Asia!!! A huge scam!!

This is a complete scam website. No London shop it’s all lies! It looks like they are drop shipping from Netherlands and they are from China! They are taking peoples money claiming they have a shop in London and saying they are selling items for less then half price when the half price is still high for the actual quality of the items. More like only worth a tenner. Shoes are so poor quality they feel like the sole is made from polystyrene and no way they are suitable for walking in the street! They need taking down and stopped. How many other people are they going to rob?? It’s daylight robbery and they should be ashamed to lie about having good reviews, Looks like the reviews are made by themselves! Don’t buy from them as you will be disappointed with the crap your get!

Do not buy from this company or website. Family shop closing down sale is untrue , cheap and rubbish goods are despatched from China. I purchased through PayPal so hoping that gives me some protection for a full refund

dreadful quality, can't believe they charged £40 for something I wouldn't pay a fiver for on a market. Now when I look at returns policy I have to pay to send back to Asia when the sales pitch is they are a London company. Do not buy from these charlatans

DO NOT BUY. Cheap, shoddy, poor quality material, and workmanship. I’d have left a 0 if possible. Currently in correspondence to return and get a full refund as UK Consumer Rights law states. Will see if they respond - not hopeful after reading the reviews (should have read before buying). Not even decent to give to a charity shop if end up left with the item

This is shockingly bad. Lead to believe that this is a London based high quality label based in heart of London. Closing down very sadly with a heartfelt story. I’m still waiting for my order. Update, delayed in china. 🤬 it hadn’t even left. I was expecting this to be coming from their closing down sale from their shop in London. Appalling. Think it’s safe to say goodbye to my money.

Please do not use this company It is a complete fraud It took over 6 weeks to get the sandals which turned out to be faulty and uncomfortable to wear They are not orthopaedic sandals as stated When asked for a refund they wanted me to post back to china which would have cost me as much as the sandals itself My mistake was I didn’t read the reviews before buying I suggest don’t order anything from china unless it’s a free return

After playing email bingo as that is the only way to contact this company and having spent nearly £200, they have offered a measly £50 refund (not yet received) and a laughable 50% off the next order! AS IF I will ever order from them again!

FAKE! I placed an order 2 May and it is showing as 'shipped'. Company is not based in the UK it is a scam, clothing is shipped from China - very poorly sewn, ill fitting, fake of the original designs.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

I bought a pair of shoes from them it stated Delivery within the UK. Nope they came from China and took 10 days to arrive. I ordered a size 5 which is my usual size.
Guess what too small, if I knew the shoes were made in China I would not of bought them as the sizes come too small.

I am disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered orthopedic sandals in size 9, but the product I received was neither orthopedic nor comfortable. The delivery took over two weeks, and I was informed that the item was shipped directly from a warehouse in China due to being out of stock. Additionally, the sizing was inaccurate—what was labeled as a size 9 fits more like a size 7.

When I requested a return, I was instructed to send the item back to the warehouse in China at my own expense. I find this unacceptable, especially considering the product was misrepresented. Customers should not be responsible for return shipping costs when the item received does not match the description.

I have also been scammed. Wish I checked Trustpilot before I placed my order. With all these 'scam' posts, why hasn't the Web post been taken down? £75.00 I'll never see again.

Absolute scam!!! Do not buy anything!
Ordered some shoes that were supposed to be delivered in 3 days but came after 1 month from China! Terrible quality and different from the website description and pictures.
They pretended the item was out of stock and was ordered to the warehouse, but I've never authorised this.
I would ask for a full refund but I don't want to waste also the return money.

Do not buy from this company! They are based in China, not London, and the items are very poor quality fast fashion. You have to pay to send the returns back to China.

Ordered ortho sandals delay messages initially now apparently none in stock. Realised I have been scammed!

Ordered over £100 of goods at beginning of April. All sorts of excuses that they are arriving continually coming in. I do not live in much hope. Someone I understand is hoping that the company is going to be featured on TV as a scam. These people need stopping I cannot afford to loose this money as I am sure many more cannot.

Order sandals advertised on Facebook- never again. Although advertised as a London company they came from China - cheap looking
