Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care Avaliações 

After going to other optometrist providers, I stumbled apon Leightons last year. Their service was one I was not used too from my previous provider (I won't name names) I was bowled over by their professional approach and I was made to feel no question was a nuisance to ask. Eye health is so important to me, so I do ask questions. I paid for the ultimate eye test and my worries were put at ease. From walking in, to the pre eye test, to my actual examination to buying glasses the feeling of being seen and heard was truly impeccable. The service is what brought me back a second year and this time I bought my glasses there. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else now. I feel like I was looked after and didn't feel like a number walking in. So thank you. I also bumped into a lady who had her eye appointment there that day too and we both sung your praises, after which she said she has been going for years as they "Always look after me" and I thought that was wonderful. I miss true customer service and I felt it at Leightons.

I have always found upon each of my frequent visits to Leightons opticians Andover branch in the Chantry Centre, to be a first class caring organisation. Of note are Kimberley and Georgie who are most professional as well as being charming. On contacting this branch today I spoke to a lady called Tracey. This young lady is to be congratulated on her wonderful customer care skills. I had many questions of a complicated nature which Tracey carefully explained to my complete satisfaction. I wish to commend her to her employer as a fine ambassador for Leightons Opticians, Andover. Thank you Tracey for being so patient and polite to myself: a senior citizen who can be rather difficult at times... GL

I visited Leightons in Camberley as I had two appointments. My first was a hearing appointment with Bobby and my second was an eye test with Kash. The service I received, from both professionals, was outstanding and I would not consider using any other optician. Everybody works as a team to provide excellent care and attention.

I went for an examination because of my tinnitus. The audiologist, Attif Khan, listened carefully to my concerns, carried out a thorough examination, and explained everything clearly. He gave me some helpful advice on managing my tinnitus. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at Leightons. The entire team is welcoming and professional, but I want to give a special mention to Sanjay and Muslima. Sanjay conducted my eye test with exceptional care, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and patiently. Muslima was incredibly helpful and attentive when it came to choosing my new glasses, giving great guidance to help me pick the perfect frame and lenses. Outstanding customer service from start to finish—I couldn’t recommend this branch more!

I have had excellent eye testing at this opticians at Totton , this my second visit which l found to be very good in all areas of the test everything was carried out to high standard and all medical areas where highlighted.

from the first telephone call to arrange to visit the Poole branch, Ed was helpful and keen to assist with my broken sunglasses. On arrival, he remembered our telephone discussion and Molly repaired my glasses within minutes. I was so thankful. I couldn't have got better service and in view of this, highly recommend a visit.

My 86 year old father recently had the Leightons Ultimate Eye Examination with Najin. It is comprehensive and worth its value! Najin was also super patient and kind with him.
My father was not quite happy with the glasses when they came in and they went above and beyond and Najin double checked the prescription and then Toby ensured that my father did not leave until he was happy. Very good my father said, professional and attentive. That says a lot from me father who is hard to please! Thank you Toby and Najin for your expertise, genuine care and respect. And sense of humour! This is a rarity nowadays and you stand out! My father will be back next year from Spain for his follow up!

Highly professional, well explained, great answers to questions. No pressure to commit to anything.

My wife recently attended Leightons in Cirencester after experiencing some prolonged hearing difficulties which she had avoided addressing following the experiences of 2 friends who had received hearing aids through the NHS which had not effectively dealt with their challenges. Having been looked after through the whole process by Mirna she now wishes she had gone sooner!
Having explained the whole process Mirna guided her through the test itself which was totally comprehensive and thorough (lasting some 90 minutes). The results demonstrated both the degree of her hearing loss and the environments in which she was struggling the most which all made perfect sense. A number of options for dealing with this were offered and there was absolutely no 'hard sell' - Mirna very professionally explained the pro's and con's of each solution and the hearing aids were duly chosen. To say that her life has been transformed would be an understatement and Mirna continued to look after her so well as she was getting used to the aids. Very many thanks for making such a positive difference and as an aside her friends have now gone down the same route!
