Elenor O' Nyons is a true professional .It was quite difficult to remove the wax from my ear but she managed to do so.I have used the services of other companies in Reading and they don't compare.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to make recommendations and explain why they were relevant to myself. I was reassured about my prescription and the lenses recommended are good. My Leightons has saved me a lot of money on my new glasses.

Such a shame you won’t let customers…
Such a shame you won’t let customers use the toilet and send them to Macdonalds instead. You’re happy to take my money but won’t let me use the facilities. The excuse that you’re not insured as you have so many elderly customers is frankly unbelievable and wouldn’t apply to me anyway as I’m not elderly - and it was a two hour appointment. Poor.

We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We completely understand how frustrating this must have felt, especially during a longer appointment, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
However, our team was correct in advising that we are not insured for customers to use the toilet due to its positioning within the practice. Because of where the facilities are located, allowing public access would fall outside of our insurance coverage and health & safety policy. This is not a decision we take lightly, and it certainly isn’t intended to cause discomfort or inconvenience to our customers.
