Ordered the battery, came in a reasonable amount of time but when the battery was installed it would not power up. They were very helpful and provided steps to troubleshoot the battery and it works! Highly recommend there products!

Quality at a good price
Batteries shipper out rather quickly, it took a few days but had a disclosure on the wite when I ordered about the delay due to holiday. All three batteries arrived in great condition and were a perfect fit.

Less reliable that old battery
Received the new battery in acceptable time. However, the charge on the new battery does not last any longer than the battery I replaced. Yet to fully charge the new battery took in access of 24 hours. I am attempting to cycle it through a second time, results are no better.
Interesting reply from Lenovo that comes 4 months after initial review. I did contact Lenovo. Thus began an email thread in which they communicated that it could not be the problem of the battery and wanted pictures. I performed every test they advised and sent pictures verifying with time stamps the rate of the battery discharge, the 24 hours it took to recharge, and the performance I was getting from the old battery. Their response was to continually insist that their battery could not be the problem. After a month of hassle, and numerous back and forth emails, I gave up. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced!!!

I received the battery yesterday. Won't take a charge.
I received the battery yesterday, I had it plugged in for over 12hrs and would only charge to 61%. Can't find a number to call so am trying live chat. I have been on the live chat for over 30min. and still no one has responded to me. Customer service?

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I have this battery for a few months and it's not keeping a charge. I never used the unit for more then an hour since I installed the battery and it's already not holding the charge. It was installed in a laptop so I have the issue of reinstalling another. This time I will not make the mistake again and will pay the extra few dollars for an original Lenovo! And the company is giving me silly excuses instead of replacing

Battery didn't last 4 months!
Battery didn't last 4 months!
Order, shipping, replacement all good. Fast forward 4 months later and my college student tells me the laptop will not start unless plugged into power. Battery states 95% charged. Unplug the power, the laptop completely dies.
Basically, the battery is garbage!
I luckily had the original battery and put it back in the laptop after making an emergency trip to college to fix it. Now it holds a charge maybe 1 hour, but better than completely dead "Lenovobatt" battery.

Great value, quick shipping
Stumbled upon Lenovobatt while looking for an affordable battery replacement for my Yoga 710 14ikb and was skeptical at first. Took a chance and ordered because their prices were very competitive.
Tracking of the order was simple and easy to follow. Being a hardware person, I had no problem taking out the existing battery and replacing with the new unit. As an example, my factory battery had degraded to about 50% of the original capacity (53Whr); the replacement is rated to about 93% (49Whr) of the original capacity, extremely happy.
I do want to mention that the plug into the motherboard was a bit tricky to take out and put back in. When removing, it was very stuck and had to put some pressure. When replacing, it looked like the plug was all the way in but it was not. When turning on the first time, the laptop would not detect the battery (duh, because it wasn't plugged in). Put a bit more pressure and seated the plug correctly and it worked like a charm.
10/10 would buy again.

I replaced the battery and now my…
I replaced the battery and now my laptop does not detect a battery at all, I am worse off than what I was before. I went on the live chat and never got a response. There is not a phone number to call to resolve this problem. So I am left with waiting on the live chat response.

Bought a battery for my t480s, suppose to be a same battery, but alignment was bit off so had to leave one of four screw had to leave empty, which is fine for my 4yo laptop that I don't really care too much for it.

Wrong battery sent, didn't reimburse for shipping
I ordered the battery replacement from lenovobatt.com. They sent the wrong battery that didn't fit. They had me send it back to them and they did reverse my Paypal payment. They had me email them the shipping receipt and said they'd reimburse for the shipping since it wasn't my fault they sent the wrong battery. At this point they went "dark" - stopped replying to emails. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 months for reimbursement - they've never reimbursed me. Would never do business with this company again.

So this is my first time ever replacing a battery on any device. It finally phased me that my laptop battery was just trash so after a little bit of research, I discovered how to replace the battery AND this website offering various Lenovo batteries. It seems this website offered the lowest price I could find that wasn't too sketchy, but that alone made me nervous. After a few days of contemplation, I finally went for it and purchased it. I just installed it maybe a little over an hour ago and it was very easy, very quick, and the model number of the battery matched my original one that came with the laptop. So no issues there. I charged it already for about an hour maybe and I seem to have no issues at all. I have to say, this was very worth it as of today. I also checked the battery health just to make sure, and it is indeed at 100% health and only 1 charge cycle. I hope no issues arise but for now, this was worth it!
