Great price for such a good battery
The battery was sent out promptly, securely packaged, and is exactly right for my laptop - it's great not to have to be near my charger all the time! The battery life seems to be every bit as good as with the original (although the laptop is a few years old now, so I can't be sure of exactly how they compare), which makes it a bargain. The tools supplied were useful, although not up to the job of releasing a couple of *very* tightly secured screws.

This is not a UK Seller
This is not a UK Seller, in fat this is a China based Seller. My order was placed with a 3 day delivery, after receiving a tracking number from EVRI, the status was indicated as unavailable. I contacted EVRI and they, are 10 days are unable to confirm its status or in fact if the reference no. is not even valid. Contacted Seller and they told me the item is "inbound" from China and every few days the say "wait till next week" etc.

I was uncertain of exactly the right…
I was uncertain of exactly the right battery to buy and having provided lenovobatteryshop with the details they told me which one to buy.
The price was competitive and the battery arrived in 4 days, carefully packaged and in good condition.
I used a couple of youtube videos on how to replace and the job was done in 15 minutes.
Now the battery is perfect, and quickly charges to 100%.
Great service and great products. Highly recommended.

delvered in the time frame
ordered battery for my lenovo laptop, they quoted 4 days delivery.
ordered on a friday delivered the following tuesday lunch.
completer with two little scredrivers to help change the battery and a little piece of plastic to help prize the laptop apart.
change was easy once laptop opened up.

*update*even the reply is missing vital information, on top, laptop batteries can only be shipped if attached to a device for all uk companies, for us public. You have to dig into terms and conditions to find this out, by which, who is going to when they recieved the item in the post in the first place!?!? If we receive it, why would we think we couldnt return it??
Why would there be two types of batteries with two different part numbers, I ordered my part number which is L16L2PB3, what my batter actually is, but according to you I should have ordered a completely different part number L16L2PB1??? I was assured that I would receive a replacement if confirmed as lost, then you retracted. Even trust pilot at the top is telling us your deceitful in your actions on here!!
Never left a review on this before, but so angry with this company. Ordered my part number, received my part number but with different connections. Turns out there are two batteries, two different part numbers, with different connections, but my part number isnt the correct part number even though its MY part number, seems they have made a mistake labelling!!!
Returned the item. Got lost in post. Said would still send the replacement 'correct' battery if indeed lost. Totally lost, refused to send out correct battery, told to contact courier, laptop batteries are prohibited items with all couriers in UK from what I can now see so there is no refund or compensation able to be claimed. Who would know this whe item is delivered in the first place!! Seller would know this and should have provided and charged a label for instances such as this. Contacted bank, can't help as was PayPal, which I didn't know. Return address different from address PayPal have so tracking was always invalid.
Lied to me, clearly know what they are doing if something goes wrong they have you all ways to not refund you if lost in transit.

To be honest, you chose the wrong type when making the purchase.
We want to arrange an exchange for you, but unfortunately, the battery we shipped to you was missing according to the tracking number you provided.
We suffered a loss at the same time.
Generally speaking, batteries can be sent directly. If they cannot be delivered, Royal Mail will inform you in advance and refuse to deliver them, rather than losing them.
We could not arrange an exchange or a refund as the returned parcel has never been received according to our regulations.
In order to solve your problem as soon as possible, we can also provide you with store coupons of the same value so that you can enjoy certain discounts or discounts in future shopping.

Very Slow Delivery but excellent Battery
Ordered a battery for my Lenovo ThinkPad, they said it wasn't in stock so had to be shipped from Hong Kong which took 2 weeks which I was not happy about as the site says "fast shipping" and the Evri tracking said "two day delivery". HOWEVER! after installing the battery I was very pleasantly surprised! My laptop battery lifetime is back to what it was when it was new, I can get up 10 hours battery usage depending on what I am doing. Seems to be a very high quality battery for a good price! Had it not been for the very slow delivery I would have given 5 stars!

Ordered 2 batteries 1 arrived in 2 days the other is on route, internal battery came packaged well and once installed is taking charge fine and my laptop is no longer getting hot as the other was broke so 2 problems solved, have tracking in for for external battery so can't rate that but so far so good
