Great service, quick delivery and amazing praline chocolates!

I ordered Non Alcoholic chocolates and you sent chocs with alcohol. I sent a message as soon as i noticed and received a telephone call with profuse apologies. I received a further box a few days later. It was not the first time this has happened. At least Leonidas did their best to put things right.

Delicious candied orange peel in dark chocolate, in attractive packaging and quickly delivered.

Fantastic and very helpful staff. Made the boxes very elegant and memorable. The chocolates as ever are exceptionally good.

I’ve been buying these superb Belgian chocolates from Leonidas Kensington for several years now, both in person at the lovely little shop in Kensington arcade and online. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and the online ordering service is prompt. An ideal gift to send someone for a special occasion.

Amazing customer service. Called them up to make an order for delivery to a hotel outside of central London. The gentleman who handled the query took the order without any issue and confirmed that they would be able to get the chocolates couriered to my hotel later that day. He provided me with his personal number to make sure any concern with the delivery could be addressed. Been shopping here for many years and will continue to do so without hesitation.

The chocolates arrived in good time and well packaged. This brand is a family favourite treat. We used to buy them in store in Delft, Netherlands and love them. But they are pricey, so only for very special occasions.

My Easter egg arrived broken but they replaced it very quickly. Delicious artisan chocolate.
