I couldn t find a way to send a message with the chocolates which were a gift but when I emailed the company said that was no prob and they d include it, which they did.

The chocolates are really nice, but the postage for delivery to the Isle of Man which is part of the UK was to expensive it said free delivery if you spend over £40. I spent £41.75 and then got charge... Ver mais

We are the Leonidas Belgian Chocolates Official UK Retailer, since 2018. As a chocolate shop in Brighton, we have one of the largest selections of pralines freshly delivered weekly from the Leonidas factory in Brussels. All our Leonidas chocolates are stored in our climate-controlled environment. All boxes are hand packed at our chocolate store in Brighton and can be customised. We are located only 2 minutes walking distance from the Brighton Train Station.

Beautiful fresh chocolates delivered by Royal Mail in 24hrs.
Gentleman in the shop kept me informed on my order and offered alternatives.
Will be ordering from here all the time now after a run of particularly bad experiences with a Channel Island based stockist that I had used for years.
5* Service and they are based in my favourite place in the country. What's not to love!

The gold box containing the orange slices is too small and wont stay shut.
I have no complaint regarding the contents;
They were packed too tightly in a box which was not large enough

Do not order from this store. I ordered 3 advent calendars which were in stock online. I received an email 2 days ago with a Royal Mail tracking number, my family were very much looking forward to receiving some lovely chocolate Advent Calendars. However, I’ve just received a message from the Shop app late this evening which Leonidas uses to process their orders stating that the whole order is being refunded. Why issue me with a tracking number just to cancel my order via Shop?
Zero email, zero apology from the company. You’ve disappointed my young children who thought they were getting an exciting and different advent calendar each. To add to injury it states it could take up to 10 days to receive the refund. I would never order from here again, I’ve made other orders with high end chocolatiers, I’ve never experienced anything as shoddy before. What makes it more surprising is that you appear to have some excellent reviews from happy customers. What an abysmal way to treat a customer.
UPDATE
No email or explanation was sent by Leonidas Brighton or update on my order so this is factually incorrect. I reiterate the only notification I received was from the Shop app which informed me that you had cancelled my order with no explanation as why. You’ve made zero attempt to try to put this right for myself and instead left a generic response about ordering from you again adding insult to injury.
Things can and do go wrong, it’s how you go about putting it right for a customer that differentiates a great company from a mediocre one. From my own experience you fall into the latter category which is a real shame. I will be sharing this feedback with your head office as I’m working off the assumption that you are operating as a kind of franchise.

I got a 20% discount by purchasing in advance of the 5th November (off an advent calendar). I understood delivery of the present to the recipient would take place after 15th November (in plenty of time for the beginning of December.) in fact, Leonidas emailed me on 4th November to proudly tell me that the gift had been dispatched and Royal Mail delivered on 7th November (quite some time before the beginning of advent!).
