I bought a couch a little over a year ago, it is in my living room it hardly gets used as we are in the basement living area. The base of couch broke, I called them and they told me to call the manufacturer in North Dakota ( I'm in Ontario) as the couch is over a year old. I called the manufacturer and they said too bad so sad. I called Leon's back and they said they will send a technician out at my cost. So you sold me a low quality sofa and now you what to charge me again and you know what they say. Just trying to get more of my money. It is sad when our hard earned money is spend on something with think will last a while. Customer service and quality is terrible. I would rather pay more and have a couch for a longer time.

Would not recommend buying from Leons. Very poor after market service. Recieved a defective recliner from Leons, but because they were not informed within 3 days (we were away) they have wait for a tech. report (tech was just here) and then wait for the manufacture to respond, which could take up to 12 days befre anything is done. Talk about getting the run around.

Unique, original and personal. Definitely worth to check and go deeper with it. A different view into adult industry and great customer relations, very fast support.
