This is the first electrolyte powder that I want to drink every day. It is delicious, it mixes well and I love the taste. I got the lemon live flavor. I also love the free shaker bottle!
Like the rest. They shafted me for the recall of three of their super greens and now no refund. I'm getting ahold of the Better Business for the scam they are hitting us with. And they are still in business selling their crap.No repercussions for ripping us off. I will never buy any of their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Over 100.
Please be careful when dealing with this company! I fought the duplicate charge with my credit card company,and Liveitup said I was lying. So I got stuck paying double for 1 order
If I could give it a zero I would! Unfortunate victim of the January 26th salmonella issue. Now you would think a business like this would happily refund people's money. If you thought this like me you would be mistaken. 4 months now I've been trying to get my money back from them, still don't have it! Not sure if I ever will but I'm going to continue to try. I shoot them emails daily now and efforts to annoy them enough but maybe they'll process it! Wish me luck! Avoid this business at all costs!

A company is only as good as its customer service. With that in mind, avoid Live it Up.
I was contacted about the salmonella issue with their powders and had two bags that fell under the recall. I reached out multiple times and was initially told they were behind but would process refunds soon. Since then, it has been nothing but delays and excuses. It is now mid April, and I was originally promised a refund back in January.
I even tried filing a PayPal claim, but it somehow ended in the seller’s favor. At this point, they have my money with no clear timeline on when or if I will get it back. It is hard to understand how other companies can issue refunds within days, while this one continues to hold onto customers’ money indefinitely.
I would strongly recommend avoiding them. If you run into an issue, do not expect a refund.

I submitted a request for refund on two orders of Super Green powder affected by the Salmonella contamination recall in January. Three months later, I am still waiting for my refund. I contacted LiveitUp about my refund status today, but based on the numerous complaints on Reddit, Facebook and Trustpilot, I'm expecting to get the runaround or no response. (Maybe it'll take a year or two for their small staff to wade through the large volume of refund requests...) I just reached out to my credit card company to file a dispute, so I'm hopeful they will provide a prompt refund. Good luck to those of you still waiting for one!
Live It Up recalled their Super Greens product in January. Customers were advised to discard the purchased product and apply for a refund.
Three months later, I have still received no refund for the product. Poor customer service and response to the recall notices.

Same as the rest--no refund for recalled product. After this I will not buy any green or protein powder from any online source. Internet commerce is a fraudster's paradise.
I was really enjoying the super greens I was getting from Live it Up. I was a subscriber and I ended up with two bags that fell under a recall. Live it Up Never refunded me for the two bags. I reached out about the refund and every time, they informed me that they were working on it. It's been months and I have not received my refund or a single word about a possible refund. The product isn't cheap. Throwing out two bags was expensive. All I want is my refund or a replacement product. Although with how terrible the customer service is, I don't really want any more products from this company.

was notified in January about recall of the greens that i had just received. I responded immediately with the requested information as I definitely had one of the affected bags. was told they would review and send a refund. I have since reached out to them a few times asking when I could expect my refund and was told repeatedly they were "working" on it. It's now April and I still have not received my refund.

i had 6 bags of live it up which were covered for a refund under the terms of the recall.
live it up has done NOTHING to address this. i have filled out countless online forms with them, given order and product numbers, etc.
this is an absolute scam company.
Outright deception and lies from them regarding their salmonella outbreak recall. I was a subscription customer. I had 7 bags that were potentially contaminated. Following their instructions faithfully, I submitted a form for each bag, submitted a photo for each bag and submitted a photo of all 7 bags. They came back offering me one free replacement bag. I sent them the original email where they promised a refund . They responded that they would give me a refund for just one but not the other 6 because they could not verify the other 6 bags. But they did not and would not tell me what information was invalid or missing on those 6 bags. They then said I could resubmit the info on those 6 bags and proceeded to send me a faulty link that didn't work which said the window for refunds and replacements was closed. When I responded with the link doesn't work, they reverted back to saying I could get one replacement bag for free. And all their responses are AI. Do not trust this company.
They sent me my first order and a week later sent an email explaining to me that the product has salmonella.
Three months later they have yet to reply to numerous emails, they have no contact number, no refund or any accountability. Terrible experience.
Had three bags of potentially contaminated product which they instructed me to throw away and submit a refund request. I did. TEN WEEKS ago. I received one canned response whining about how it takes time and nothing else. This company literally stole $130 from me and has zero urgency in rectifying. I don’t care how many people they almost poisoned, ten weeks and no communication deserves a class action lawsuit and for the company to fold.

I had products as part of the recall. Customer service is non-existent. All they tell you is that they are reviewing. It’s been 3 months and still no refund. No future business for this company and you should avoid, too.
Horrible customer service! I had purchased a 60-day supply of Super Greens and received an email regarding their Salmonella outbreak, which included my batch. This was in January. It is now March 23rd and I still have not received a refund for my order despite three attempts to have my refund completed. I consistently get the same pathetic excuses. They claim their company is a small group and they are overwhelmed by inquires for the recall and the process takes time. All they are trying to do is stall people from getting their money back so people don't unsubscribed and their business goes under. Go to AG1, Huel, etc. way better service and you won't get terrible excuses and awful customer service. I never leave reviews for things because I consider myself a reasonable person and understand mistakes happen. Nothing excuses their lack of action and this company deserves to fold. ABSOLUTELY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. You won't get it back.
