We received the Lexon x Jeff Koons Balloon Dog Lamp as a wedding gift and are more than happy! The quality and packaging is amazing and the lighting is so clear! Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to add to the the collection!

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, but this was a gift for my spouse. I would not have wasted time, energy, and money trying to get my balloon dog. Ordered my lamp July 12 and was told I’d have an August delivery. Ha!

It’s really shady business when there are zero comments on social media posts. Always a sign that they are deleting comments. But guess what they can’t delete? Reddit comments.

That’s where I really learned about what’s happening to me has and is still happening to many others.

I just want the product I paid for and to be done with this false advertising scam of a “company”.

Any five stars posted here, I have my doubts about those writers.

Very disappointing product and experience

I’m extremely disappointed with the Lexon Mini Flip Alarm Clock. I paid £40 in total, including £10 delivery, so I expected a well-made, reliable product. Unfortunately, it fell well short of expectations.

The delivery was very slow, and when the clock finally arrived, the display was not working correctly. I had no choice but to return it, which then cost me a further £12 in return postage.

So I ended up spending £22 on delivery and return postage for a faulty product that I couldn’t use.

For a product at this price point, the build quality and reliability were simply not good enough. In my opinion, the Lexon Mini Flip is significantly overpriced for what it is, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

I would not recommend this product and certainly would not buy it again.

Ordered a balloon dog in March 2026 that would start shipping in June 2026. Have been emailing them every month since June and every time they give me a window for shipping a month away. It’s now September and they just gave me another month’s wait. Asked for a refund and said they won’t give me one cause they are exclusive. Easily the worst customer experience I’ve had so far.

J'ai commandé une lampe qui a subi plusieurs retards successifs, et qui n'est toujours pas livrée. Le site ne veut pas procéder au remboursement de la commande, A FUIR !

Navigating months of delays, unmet fulfillment promises, and radio silence or poor updates from a company is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with high-ticket collectible items or crowdfunded projects. It's a disgrace, the Balloon dog project is of such horrifying proportions I am amazed the company still exists. French arrogance to the highest possible level. I am waiting for delivery since april this year. Every promise and/or claim that is made is false and not executed.

The fact that you can/will not provide images of the warehouse/production of the new batch is highly alarming!

J’ai commandé une Balloon Dog Lamp en mars 2026. Elle devait être livrée au plus tard en juillet. Nous sommes déjà en septembre et je n’ai rien reçu. Aucune réponse du service commandes contacté par téléphone, mail et via le formulaire. Je pense à une arnaque à 800€ …
Suite à votre réponse : des explications fumeuses mais toujours pas de planning précis (pour Noël peut-être ?…)

Très réactif. Réception du colis 2 jours après la commande.

Very good customer service and after sales assistance

Really bad company. Have ordered Jeff Koon lamp on 2nd April, sent them a reminder in July to ship but nothing. They responded back saying they will send soon. End of August cancelled the order since no shipment for around 6 months. Lexon kept money without any updates on when the product will be delivered. Incredible how a company can survive like this.

Top notch support for a product that was under warranty.

I ordered a balloon dog lamp in March 2026 and you guessed it, I have heard nothing and received nothing.
I have been patiently waiting and checking my order which has not changed and still says processing.....after almost 5 months.
when will I receive it??????

Lexon is very dependable both in quality and also customer service. I have two of their balloon dogs and am more than happy with them. No worries with this business. May take some time to arrive due to production but well worth the wait!!

GLS Trackinfo : my parcel is "en route" meaning has not even arrived in Holland, still abroad (France)

I will let other potential buyers know via Google , Facebook, Trustpilot etc the following :

WATCH OUT DANGER DANGER !!!
NEVER, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I don't care if you or GLS are to blame, but you as the Supplier are the first responsible !
But Lexon doedn't take customers/ complaints serious.
I asked for a money return, but Lexon Customer "Service" ignored my request completely !!

Very , extremely angry, is NOT the way to do business and treat customers

I REACTED SAME DAY -6 AUG- AND EXPLAINED MY ADDRESS WAS NR 152 WITH ADDITION 06 , BEING AN APPARTMENT. MY ADDRESS NR THEREFORE WAS 100% CORRECT & NEVER WAS AN ISSUE FOR OTHERS , EG DHL , UPS , POSTNL ETC.

GLS WRITES FURTHER :
If you respond immediately the parcel can be delivered to the correct address the next business day. If we do not hear from you we will contact the sender, the delay may increase.

I recently bought the Flip Alarm Clock, because i was looking for a clock that could be charged by cable instead of depending on batteries. It arrived well in a small and pretty carton wrapping, complete with cable and a manual. Getting the clock setting done caused me quite a headache, because not only the manual is in a 6pt small print that needed me to search for a magnifying glass, but the information was confusing to me. Actually, i could not get it working and had to contact customer support. They were incredibly responsive, friendly and patient, and in very short time we got the problem solved and now the clock is working as supposed! These 5 starts are especially due to this extraordinary experience with the customer service - and well, the clock of course is very nice. If i could rate the manual extra, i would give it a few stars less ;-) but let's hope it gets updated one day :-) this would make everything perfect.
