The ease and convenience of the app was excellent. The actual communication with a live person was the harder part. ONCE that happened though, the shipping of the medication and check ups were fine. Overall, very happy with my experience.

Cost are not explain in clear and understandable way.
I was charged a random 121 which I believe is for consult from the doctor. I thought the 19 a month would cover the doctor visits.
It was not clear the membership fee did not cover the doctor visit.

We are committed to being transparent with our customers, so we do mention in a few places, not only on our website but also during the sign-up process prior to payment being collected, that the medication is a separate cost from the membership.

The representative that assisted me went above and beyond. I was able to get an appointment scheduled and even established sign on credentials. She was extremely pleasant to speak with and quite knowledgeable. Her name was Ursula C.

They stole from me
They stole from me! They charged me $300 for a vial of tirzepatide that was not a significant amount for my dosage for a month. After constant back and forth communication, me sending them pictures of the vial and my syringes, they said they never received the pictures and that I am not eligible for a replacement vial. I asked for a refund since they were not willing to part with a replacement and was told my membership was cancelled and that I was not eligible for a refund. These folks are scamming the community out of money with less product. DO NOT use this online company for your GLP-1. They are terrible and not even willing to negotiate a proper solution for my problem.

I have reached out to LifeMD on several occasions because I am unable to continue my medication/weight loss medication survey in the app. I have refreshed the app. I have updated the app but to no avail I cannot contact you via this method. I have sent email after email. LifeMD has taken money out of my bank account for the cost of my medication, but I have not received my medication. If someone does not reach out to me, I end of business today I will be canceling my subscription.
