Sizes are incorrect. No refunds. Dishonest about shipping times. Products are very poor quality and are misrepresented in photos. Customer Service is likely not a human being as responses are "bot like". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO ADVERTISE ON INSTAGRAM.

The dress I ordered was absolutely horrendous.. nothing like the picture. The quality was poor and it was a sheer ripoff.. do NOT buy from this company.

I feel this is a SCAM company!
Don't order anything from them!!!! I ordered a dress that looked like linen on line and in the website picture, the dress sleeves had material print when rolled up.
When the dress arrived, it was a poor polyester material and when the sleeves were rolled up, there was no print. I was disappointed with the product for a variety of reasons, fit, material, length, etc. and they would NOT allow me to return the product. They said it was what was ordered. So disappointed. Be aware.

False advertising. They claim all these sales and give headlines of 30 day return policy and then say it doesn’t apply to sale items. But all their items are on sale! Don’t purchase from them,

Refuse to offer any sort of refund or replacement for wrong size, extremely poor quality merchandise.
Items are extremely overpriced then slashed in percentage to look like it's a good deal.
Purchasers misled to believe they are buying Canadian goods, when items are shipped from China. They smell horribly as sprayed with some sort of preserver.
This is 100% fake advertising and simply a mass shipment of garbage items.

Lily and Kate is an absolute scam!!!! Everything comes from
China and takes forever to arrive. The quality is absolute garbage.
They not only sent the wrong shoes but the wrong size too!!
And to boot…… basically told me to FO, it’s my problem not theirs.

Complete scam. Very poor quality clothes, not as advertised at all. Refund policy is not honoured. Not a company in Vancouver. It is from China.

NEVER order from this scammer!!! The items you receive will NOT be as advertised and they will do nothing about it! ie. cotton dress advertised/polyester dress received. Felt like a shower curtain… not at all wearable.

This company is a total fraud. There is no company in Vancouver and their products all come from China, take ages to arrive, and an are very poor quality. A very disappointing experience.

Totally agree with all the other reviews...this is a SCAM! The items took forever to receive and the shirt quality was nothing like the picture, just crap quality and no labels indicating what the fabric actually is. I purchased thinking this was 100% Cotton...NOT. Who knows what it is but looks like something from a Dollar Store. The shoes are so cheap looking and now I read that people have not been able to return their items! I definitely should have done my research before purchasing.

I wish I had done a more thorough search before ordering from Lily & Kate. What has been described here by so many others has also been my experience. I purposely bought from Lily & Kate because their Instagram ad stated they were a Canadian company based in Vancouver. I even checked to see if they had a website to make sure they were a legit store, However, the shoes shipped directly from China. When they arrived, the did not meet my expectations that were set by the images I saw when I ordered. The quality is very poor (e.g., a feeble white elastic holding the buckle on to the black shoe, leather is wrinkled) and they have a very strong unpleasant odor. When I asked for a refund, they made it seem like they would give me a refund by asking me to send pictures of the shoes which I did. But their next email said they couldn't refund me because of their policy of no refunds on sale items. Do not order from this site.

Do not buy from this china company!!! They are crooked as they come. No refunds, complete bait and switch. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they arrived in a stinky plastic bubble wrap, the stench was sickening, the shoes look like clown shoes. Nothing like what was advertised. They came straight from china NOT Vancouver like they try and have people believe.

I believe this business is NOT based in Vancouver as there is no physical address, plus what they sell is NOT AT ALL like the pic or description mentioned on their website. Everything is discounted $ 300 to $400 and what you get is cheap polyester quality.
I bought the Catherine | Heritage Plaid Tweed Coat …which is not made of tweed, it is some
printed polyester copy of tweed. It neither looks high end to be of $450, discounted and bought for $120.
When I asked them for a return label their response was "discounted items" cannot be returned.
Well, guess what, everything is discounted on their website so zero chance of return.
Plus quality issue was never addressed by them, therefore stay away from this business as items are shipped from China and are very poor quality.

I purchased a sweater on sale through their website. It was of very inferior quality, the knit being very plastic feeling. I was refused compensation by the company as the item was on sale.
Don't buy from this company. No wonder they are going out of business. They are a Vancouver company who outsourced their production to a cheap manufacturer in China.

False advertising! The clothes do not come from a store in Vancouver, Canada, they come from China. Very poor quality!

Scam. Sounds like a Canadian company but it’s not. Merchandise is from China. The shirt I received did not look like the advertised picture. The quality was poor and the fit was poor. They indicate a 30 day money back guarantee on the web site. But then do not honour that. Do not order from this company.

Poor quality, overpriced even on half price, very sketchy delivery that most certainly was not UPS as advertised. Items barely like what I thought that I was buying, just don’t bother. Not even based in Canada, items were shipped from China.
