I ordered some shoes - size 5.5 (EUR 35.5 or 36) I received a 37. Way too big. The nice customer service team told me don't worry, keep those we will send you the right size.
The new shoes never showed up. Weeks and weeks of emails promising the new shoes and a 50% discount on anything else I wanted to buy (but no discount code ever provided).
Today they tell me, I received the right order. A size 5.5 is really their size 6, which is really a 37, and they will give me a 20% refund if I am not happy with the sizing which is personal preference! If I want to return, I need to send to CHINA!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s all a scam. I bought a coat because the picture was outstanding and original price was very high and very good discount. Turns out my dishcloths are better quality and fabric than the so called coat they advertised. It’s not a coat it’s a rag. As for returns they want you to send it to china at your cost. Scam don’t make the same mistake

emailed them for their address in Vancouver..it doesn't exist whole website is fraud

I was born and raised in Vancouver and hadn't remembered their store and neither could other friends or family. Of course, I emailed them and asked where the physical store used to be located. I got three replies. None of which answered my question. Don't let their humble roots and closing due to rising costs story get to you. There never was a Lily, a Kate or a Vancouver store.

This is a pure Chinese based scam. Please please dont buy from them. They are not based in Canada or USA. Be careful , cheap products and very bad quality

I bought a coat from Lily & Kate Vancouver thinking it was a local Vancouver brand with Canadian-level quality. I later found the exact same coat on Temu with the same photos — they didn’t even change the images.
The product arrived very late from China, the quality was cheap and terrible, and the sizing runs much smaller than normal. On top of that, the price was about $50 more than the same item on Temu.
When I asked to return it, they wanted me to pay return shipping to China, which I was never told before buying. If I had known it was coming from China, I never would have purchased it.
This feels like misleading dropshipping, not a real local brand. I do not recommend this company.

I wish I have read this review before I ordered the winter coat. The material is so cheap and bad quality. The return policy said not happy 100% refunds and hussle free. It is totally opposite, they gave you lots of reasons and finally asked you to send it back to China. This is a scam. The postage is more than what you paid for. Don’t waste your time order from this company 👎

Cosy Nordic sweaters turned out to be made from polyester material with a Nordic print. Not a knit product at all

Returns are to China at your cost.
