They admitted that they manipulate the lighting in order to make their products look better. They refuse to refund, even though their website says 30-day cash back guarantee. The products are so bad, even Temu turns them away.

I agree this is a total scam and unfortunately I didn’t read reviews first
Never would have bought direct from China and just because discounted no return just more money wanted for different sizes etc

Do not buy from this "store." It is cheap garbage made in China and looks nothing like what is advertised on the site. They are not leather, they are not anything close to the picture when delivered. When you try to return it they tell you the difference is due to "lighting."

Total scam out of China. There is no store in Vancouver. Products are total shite and not worth $5.

This was the most disgusting, fraudulent website I have ever encountered. I think that I bought the same 'coat' as another reviewer and what I received cannot even be described as a jacket; it is thinner than most of my t-shirts that I own! It had no lining, a hood instead of a collar and it certainly was neither winter ready or 'luxe'. I have been fighting with them for 4 days and they refuse to refund because the item was on sale. BUYER BEWARE! You are throwing away your money on a scam Chinese website with zero protection. I would give this zero stars but it won't let me

Garbage items. They are fraudlent and descriptions of items do not represent the quality they indicate. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

I purchased a jacket online and received something completely different than what was described and what was shown on pictures. It had a hood( which didn’t on the website), had NO lining when they claimed that it had a lining in the description. It was so cheaply made and not for Winter( as claimed).
When I asked for a refund, they declined it. Very disappointed especially!! I would not recommend this company whatsoever as they will send you anything they want in the mail and take no responsibility whatsoever.

This is not even a store and they do not follow any consumer law expectations. They do not have a phone number to complain about their substandard products and would not cancel an order even when the request was sent 1 hr after ordering. The coat was supposed to be tweed and when it arrived it was a cheap polyester with a printed on pattern. They insist that any returns need to be sent back to China and then say they will give you a 10% refund or 15% credit and you don’t have to return the item. When I refused they then offered 20% and then again 30% or a credit. This is clearly a scam website aimed at selling substandard products with false reviews on their site

I ordered some sweaters and shoes. What I received did not resemble the pictures. I know that I got scammed. I tried to contact about returns and the email bounced back. Don’t order, it’s a scam.

I ordered shoes and I was so excited for it look really good on their website. I waited 2 weeks and when I received it , I was very disappointed, I thought I ordered on Temu. Very Cheaply made.
You think it will be the real leather because of the original price and good quality for its a vouncouver boutique but it's not. Don't get deceived. It's even stated in the website that you can track your order, you won't even get a confirmation email about your order -let alone tracking it. I'm not a happy customer and I'm not recommending anybody to buy here.

I bought a pair of shoes that were advertised as being regularly priced 200, on sale for 62. Upon receiving the product today, was completely disappointed. The supposed hardware is a flimsy cheap plastic. I think the fabric is also made of plastic. There’s no labelling whatsoever to let you know country of origin or composition of materials. The stitching was already coming apart. A Google lens search show the same product at Walmart for $30. I wouldn’t pay even that for them. When you try to click on their website to get a return, it just keeps bouncing back to your own email. I don’t think that my request went through. I definitely got scammed.

Absolute scam. Ordered from Instagram promotion. Didn't do my due diligence. Product was substandard and nothing like the image. Went to return it to get a refund, told they don't do refunds!

Received my order. Paid high end price for very low end product. When I emailed for return process I was asked to send a photo, which I did. Then their replies stopped I emailed again and was told to send a photo. Probably a robot replying. Do not recommend this company. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Do not buy anything from this company . They send you low quality stuff and then tell you you cannot return it because it was on sale. The answer you very nicely with their customer service which seems like AI but you will not get what you are expecting.

Absolute garbage quality! Ordered a coat that can not pass for a coat at all. Not even a sweater. More like a burlap sack! Horrible and sold for $78 with a markdown from $349. What a joke. It is NOT a coat. Don't buy!!!!!!

This is without a doubt the worst scam and company that i have ever dealt with. I received my sweater which turned out like every other person has written about. I sent them a picture of there advertised sweater and mine and they replied thats what I ordered!absurb that they would even put that in print. Of course they offered me 10% off and I get to keep the worst looking sweater. My first thought was I would suck it up and give it to a thrift shop. Can’t do that because the opening is so small that I can’t even get it over my head….this company needs to be put out of business.

THE product does not match the ad in any way...the fabrication and color are totally different...extremely poor quality and they only offer a !0% refund unless you mail it back to China at your own expense....WATCH OUT!! DO NOT SHOP HERE
