Dont order from this company. The quality is really poor and the dresses not like the photos. They also make it virtually impossible to return items and get refunds. I felt completely had!

Sadly I can't rate as no stars. I bought from them thinking they were based in London and a high quality brand. They were having a retirement sale, but the 2 dresses I bought still came to £67. I then get updates on shipping to realise they're coming from China and the likelihood they were going to be garbage. The dresses were horrible, polyester, incredibly poor quality. I said I wanted a full refund and would send them back. So they offered me a 10% refund if I kept them as it's very difficult to send them to China even though they come via a warehouse it Feltham! I then suggested I get a full refund and keep them and they offered me £20 refund. Next move was to lodge a complaint with my bank. I sent them the emails and pictures I'd taken and they claimed a full refund through Visa which was successful. During the Visa investigation they sent me another email saying they'd had a request for a chargeback from the bank, they wanted to make it right and could I send details and information. I told them I'd tried directly with them, they were being insulting offering only a 20% refund and the products were rubbish. I said they were clearly a scam company and I never heard another peep out of them!
Please don't use this company and please don't believe a social media advert without doing your research. Sadly I suspect they've already reinvented themselves for the next unsuspecting customers. I'll also next time only pay with credit card as there's more protection. But I have to say my bank was amazing.

I would give no stars but this is not an option. This whole store is a scam and fortunately has been removed by shopify. The site alleged a retirement sale with some lovely looking dresses. What arrived were a dresses that had no resemblance to the website and poor quality fabric. Return offered once items where returned at your own cost to China! Communication has been appalling chasing Emma in London offering a refund that’s never arrived.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 dresses which looked lovely on the site. They took 3.5 weeks to arrive and the material is cheap and substandard.
After many e mails i was offered a 20% refund. When i asked for the whole amount i was told the dresses had to be sent back to China.
I am now trying to get my 20% back.
This is a dreadful company,poor quality dresses,bad customer service and lies told about the dresses.
I am reporting then.

Their stuff are cheap/poor quality. No services for returns as their company is based in China. When you ask for returns they offer to give you 10%of the total cost you would have paid which is nothing.
I agreed to be given my 30% of how much l spent, but nothing was deposited back in my account
They are scammers, l recommend not to buy anything from them. Up to now, l do not have my 30%back which they promised me. They keep on saying talk to your bank.Big Scammers, don't buy anything from them. Big big big SCAMMERS.

Don't buy anything from this company, their stuff is cheap Quality. No facilities for returns. They are a rip off, Big scammers and liers.

Do not buy from this company the items are poor quality and not as described. The sizing is two sizes to big also. When you try to refund you cannot get a full refund only 30% refund or spend £18 to return as they say they are based in London but items have to be returned to China. I have sought advice from trading standards to try prevent others experiencing the same as I have. I recommend never using this company.

Sadly I have only got to read the reviews after experiencing the same as all the reviews on here. False advertising as from a London based fashion house . The dress is shapeless, tatty, poor quality rubbish material. Will I ever learn ? Another Chinese Scam. Got a 20% refund after many haggling emails. I won’t go through the process of returning to China at my expense. Sending good money after bad. Will be using this sight after too many hasty rubbish orders from Chinese sweat shops .

This is a total lie, not from London and returns are not easy. You have send back to China at you own expense. It's cheap rubbish

Not even one star..as per other reviews the Calen dress on website was gorgeous.. chiffon.. hung beautifully....what I received was a cheap tatty version which bore no relation to the style and material on web..not even a label in it! I am in process of sending back with threat of bad review and asking for a full refund...but as other customers have received virtually nothing I am putting up review.. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could rate this zero, I would. This is essentially a shopfront for an online retailer based in Asia. They make you think that it is an actual store in London. Their products look great on the website but they are nothing like the pictures. I ordered what I thought was a dress in a lovely chiffon type fabric. What I got was printed, cheap and nasty material. I feel I have been duped. They offered me a 10% refund which I declined. They increased it to 20% even though I asked for a full refund. I accepted the 20% and that has been done. Returns are at the buyers cost and have to be sent back to Asia and you are responsible for any import/export duty. You have been warned.

Review by my wife Linda. The dresses are nothing like the lovely dresses on the website. I wouldn't even give them wardrobe space. I would remove the 1 star above if I could. It's a scam. They are supposedly made in London by a designer who is retiring, and are usually over £100. I wouldn't pay a fiver for them in a charity shop. They have offered me %10 refund the dresses. Demanding a full refund, and send them back. They obviously don't want them back, probably because they wouldn't be able to sell them. The material is cheap polyester and spandex. The dresses on the website look like cotton, and the patterns on the 2 dresses I bought are completely different! Do not buy from this company.
