Sad to have to leave a one star but I never got my order :( I hope someone will reach out to me to correct it

Not happy with process and shipping. Paid for next day and received over a week later

Customer service is second to none & the yarn is both a gorgeous color and wonder to knit with, along with great prices!

notified that yarn was shipped on Aug 3rd but there has been no change in the status when I check tracking. Can you help me find where this package is?

It has been 6 days and I have not heard one word from Lindehobby. I have emailed them twice about this problem.

I never received my order because they didn't fill out the proper paperwork for customs. Did not receive a refund on the never received order for their error.

Lack of communication. I paid for expedited delivery of 2-4 days and it took over 2 weeks. When I contacted them there was no offer of compensation and a flimsy excuse.

I am very happy with my online order of Alpaca Boucle from Lindehobby. The yarn quality is exceptional, soft, and easy to knit. Shipping was fast, and the European prices are very good. I love this yarn and I highly recommend this shop. Thank you

Beautiful yarn and easy ordering and fast delivery

30 skeins was ordered and only 29 arrived in postal repackaged bag and the yarn was dirty. I still not received a reply to my email nor the replacement yarn.
Horrible first time buying experience.
I will not order here again.

I recently purchased the some several yarn and colors cotton yarn and drops flora wool yarn for different projects. First, I’m in the USA and my order was processed, shipped and delivered promptly.
Second, the colors of my yarn choices are true to what’s posted on their site. Actually, they’re even better in person. Third, I’m am using the wool for a crochet project and I love the fabric that it’s making. The stitches are nicely defined with a slight halo. It makes up a lovely lightweight fabric. Will continue to experiment with a knitting project as well. Definitely will reorder for future projects. Highly recommend both.

I now have a Lykke swift, winder and fancy box to hold my yarn in place while I work. No more chasing after it as it rolls across the carpet! I feel so special, shouldn't have waited till retirement to purchase.
