two weeks after order placement, status of order is unclear
I was billed for my order on Aug. 3, 2026, but I haven't received the package as of Aug.17, 2026. The tracking link does not provide an adequate explanation other than: USPS Awaiting Item, Origin Post is Preparing Shipment.
I can't tell if the yarn is stuck in the Denmark post or at the USPS. I'm not unhappy about the delay, I'm not in a hurry, but the lack of transparency re: status is annoying.
