They have so many options of Drops yarn, which is great for budget knits. Their customer service is also exceptional -- I submitted an order, then realized I needed an additional type of yarn. When I sent them an email asking if I could just add that yarn to the order, they responded quickly and said yes! I love Lindehobby -- I'll buy from here every time I need Drops.

I've ordered multiple times from Lindehobby. The yarn I get from them I can get from another source but I like Linehobby's website better. The colors (of which there are many) are presented in a clearer and easier way for me to choose from. They have always shipped quickly which I appreciate.

Timely fulfillment of the order.

I ordered this on Sunday....ordered confirmed but no other status recieved. It is now Friday and the order says it is still in processing. I payed for 2-4 day delivery. My last order took 11 days even though I payed for 2-4 day delivery too. L9ve your prices, but not your " processing" time. Fed Ex only took 2 days to deliver it once they recieved it but it took 9 days in " processing" from Lindehobby.

The yarn was well priced but it takes forever for them to process and ship out the yarn. I waited 2 weeks for something that was 4-7 day delivery. And the yarn wasn’t even the same color as shown on the website. I bought what I thought was maroon and it turned out to be a bright red. I was going to return it and buy the correct color but it was just as expensive to return it as it was to just buy a bunch of new yarn!!

Shipping was prompt and my yarn was lovely!

I received my order with all the yarn vacuumed sucked and crumpled. They look awful. If I knew this is the way I would receive it, I would not have ordered. They are crushed so bad, they look used. This is not the a good way to ship yarn. Or at least make it known to the customer.
