I like everything i bought I use cotton yarn and I love it

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and my package has not even been shipped. I've contacted customer service, and no accommodations have been made to help me feel appreciated as a customer. The package has been "lost" twice during this time and instead of sending me a new package, I have been told that I must wait even more time. My requests to receive a refund have also been dodged. I have to say this is one of the most disappointing orders I have ever made in my life.

I’ve made two orders and I’ve ended up adding items to each initial order. Customer service is quick to respond and I’ve not had any issues with any items missing. Very happy with my purchases. Will continue to shop with them. Also, best total price for shipment to the US.

Lindehobby are so helpful: when I ran out of yarn I contacted them and they hunted around and found me extra yarn of the same dye lot, kept me well informed and sent it very promptly. Ten out of ten!

This company provided quick shipping snd it was hasselfree. Tracking info provided and although store is in Denmark it made it to the US without any hassle and was delivered to my mailbox via the post office. Great and accurate service. Price was also very good.

I ordered both Alafosslopi and Lettlopi from Lindehobby and they sent the yarn over promptly! I bought the yarn while it was on sale, so two sweaters worth of yarn ended up being very reasonable. I appreciate their sales and have enjoyed the various yarns I have purchased from them!

So many items to select from! A great selection of colors of yarn, and different fibers. Packaging is sturdy and secure for shipment to US. I LOVE Linde Hobby!!

Item was better than advertised. The shipping time was faster than expected. The website was easy to use & the pricing including the added tariff was very affordable. I definitely will be ordering more Drops Belle from this site.
