Finally i can find chinese classes which make my son focuses on it. Not like before my son loves chinese classes now. He asked my to book the class everyday not twice per week. Thank you LingoAce and teachers

I was approached by Lingoace promotor, and since i was looking for extra chinese lessons for my son, i decided to let my son had the trial class.
I was impressed by Ricky who assisted me to arrange for the trial class and assigned a very professional teacher for my son.
Surprisingly my son was very focused during the class and didn’t leave his seat at all during the trial and he could interacted very well with the teacher.
Teacher knew how to made my son interested and didn’t feel bored during the chinese lessons.
I decided to let my son join Lingoace and hopefully he will improve in his chinese.

Terrible experience as a teacher with this company, I would NOT recommend. Very poor induction and when I started asking questions to solve some problems with the platform, they NEVER answered my emails nor messages on the live chat (how is that even possible for a legit company?)! At some point, I asked to be removed from their website, but since they never answered, they never did! Really unprofessional, not to mention, a terrible pay for teachers, which they decrease for any small issue. I wish for parents to find companies that treat their teachers with more respect and professionalism.

Consultant was patient to explain all the details without pressurising.

My child is encouraged to speak up during these one on one lessons

My daughter started weekly Chinese lessons on lingoace since August this year and truly enjoys her lessons. The hours are just nice to engage a 9yr old child’s attention and the friendly and encouraging teacher is a bonus in spurring her interest in Chinese!

Too aggressive in sales. Calls immediately to ask customers to buy packages without giving customers time to think. Pushes notifications through sms watsapp and emails, its too much.

Easy to sign up, flexible programs and teachers are good with kids.

Customer service is responsive and reliable so far. They have also delivered the free lessons as promised. I like how the composition class scaffolds the learning — from getting kids to understand the pictures, to thinking about story line and beefing up the story. This progressive approach is helpful for my son. He feels that he is learning. However, one topic requires 4 lessons and there's assignment so it is quite intensive.
Also like that the class is within 1 hour as we are very particular about screen time.
Overall, would strongly recommend to Singapore parents. Not to mention, it is budget friendly for a 1-1 lesson.

My child has improved in her Chinese with just 8 months of lessons. Recommended for parents who want flexibility of lesson scheduling.

I told them I don't need Chinese lesson, but they refused to listen to me and will NOT STOP calling and texting me.
This company give NO RESPECT to customer privacy!
