The LingoAce Connect App has functionality issues. When I tried to change password, it always told me there was network issues. However, I was able to change the password in Chrome browser eventually. If you need to change the password, you should use the Chrome Browser.

Overall a pleasant experience for my 4 year old to learn Chinese. The app works fine. We’ve had some glitches with make up classes but they try on their end to smooth things out.

I have been with LingoAce since my child was in K1, and we are still continuing now that he is in Primary 3. The online lessons are very convenient for our family schedule, and the quality of teaching has been consistently high. My son has been learning with the same teacher since he entered primary school, and she is patient, encouraging and able to engage him well in class.

Over the years, I’ve seen his confidence and interest in Chinese improve significantly. Overall, I am very satisfied with their professional service and would recommend LingoAce to other parents.

Both of our kids, Aden and Charlotte, are learning Chinese with LingoAce and we’re very happy with their progress. The teachers are patient and professional, and the lessons are fun and interactive. We’ve seen improvements in their vocabulary, reading, and speaking confidence. It has been a very positive learning experience for both children, and we truly appreciate the support from the LingoAce team!

Great trial lesson experience. My 3 year old girl enjoyed the interactive online lesson and could identify 2 Chinese characters at the end of the lesson.
