I bought a bundle for my house after moving in and realising there were no fire alarms. I decided to splash out a bit on the Smart range so that I could control the alarms from my phone and bought the Smart Plus Bundle. Unfortunately, after already installing the alarms, I found out that you cannot actually access the smart features with the Smart bundle alone - you have to spend an additional £50 on the WiFi device. It’s too late to return the bundle now that we have installed it but I think it’s really misleading to sell a “smart bundle” that is missing such a key component.
I left a review to this effect on their website under the product so that other people don’t make the same mistake as me, but this seems to have mysteriously disappeared, leaving only the 4/5 star reviews on there.

Product arrived on time as stated. Everything was ready to go straight out the box once a few simple tasks were done. Very happy with products.

Great pre sales support from the team, and a painless delivery. Product works well, and is well built.

Nice neat alarms. Unfortunately the sticker failed on th CO2 alarm and it fell into basin of water so no longer a complete set . Also could not get remote control to link to alarms so no use.

Great set of interconnected smoke & CO alarms

We followed other customers’ advice to pay for pre-connection of 2 hard wired smoke alarms, one battery CO alarm and a button to switch things off easily for a false alarm (I’m keeping that in the kitchen - I’m short and can’t easily reach the ceiling lol).

This was a perfect solution for what we needed.

The Linkd alarms turned up quickly, packaged well and were easy to install.

Everything went really smoothly and we are happy with the results.

The carbon monoxide alarm doesn’t work there is no way to switch it on the on switch according to the instructions isn’t there

I required information and customer service were a great help in providing that information.
No problems with delivery.
Pity LINKD Alarms didn't provide a person to fit the alarms and heat alarm as I am still waiting for my husband to fit them. 😧

Delivered on time, easy to install and set up.

Easy to test with the remote control and does what it says on the tin.

Done exactly what it said it would do, all you have to do is open the box and hang them up, a ten minute job

Arrived quickly. Good price. Already linked so no problems activating them. Fitted them using screws rather than the sticky pads. Would recommend
