Easy to set up alarms and super helpful staff. My first set of alarms were all interlinked straight out of the boxes, and the team held my order until they had more stock in which was helpful. Interlinking additional alarms was easy, and the smart alarm hub is set up with notifications to an app which makes it easy to test alarms and see which one has been set off. Battery smoke alarms are small and unobtrusive, mains wired smoke alarms were easy to fit, battery heat alarms also easy to fit. Battery alarms come with a sticky pad so no need to drill either! I've recommended the company to other people, can't really praise more than that!

Once I made my choice, it’s very straightforward to select a package and add items to it. The advice given regarding ideal types, quantity and positioning of alarm units is very helpful.

From selection to ordering is easy with delivery in a few days, helpfully updated as the process progresses.

It took me about an hour to fit the six smart units I purchased and connect to the app, which enables remote monitoring and testing.

I found this company online about 4 weeks ago. My regular supplier for linked smoke alarms had to close for a while. I will not go back to my regular supplier for these alarms. They're already linked and the customer service is superb 👌
