Thai Lion Air Avaliações 

The flight was okay. I was travelling with a child had a stroller for aircraft delivery. Checked at the counter for the same and was told that the stroller will be delivered at the gate.

However, at bangkok the attended outside the aircraft gate refused to give the stroller and kept instilling we go outside and check at baggage carousel. It's not a big deal and I would have done the same but when I probed her and asked her to tell me her name and show her ID she refused. She started pretending that she doesn't know English and kept insisting that we need to go outside.

All she had to do was let the ground team know that a stroller was requested but she dint want to do that. This is just unacceptable. I asked her for her name and designation multiple times but she refused so have no choice but to share her picture.

Rude arrogant and stupid.

E Dreams et la compagnie aérienne Lion ait se renvoient la balle pour la prise en charge de la demande. Après un aller retour de plusieurs jours entre les deux où chacun nous renvoit vers l'autre, nous avons adressé un mail commun aux 2 services clientèles avec extrait de leur dernière réponse respective pour qu'ils nous reviennent a savoir qui prendra en charge la demande. Depuis pas de nouvelles ni de l'une ni de l'autre

Booked domestic 1 hour flight, late at night to connect with early departure next day. A week before flight they sent sms notification that the flight had been brought forward over SIX hours. No apology. Complained and sent enough info to identify flight and passenger but their standard response is to ask for more info hoping you will go away. Complained again on flight day as the extra waiting time means hotel is needed. Asked for reimbursement. Low cost budget room. Same response. Send more info. They don't give a stuff about customers even though they are in a very competitive market. We have at least 6 other carriers to choose from for upcoming flights. Guess who is bottom of the list?
Edit: turns out the connecting flight, booked by a group of 70,was also thai lion air. The return leg departed an hour late, so almost missed connecting flight home. Clearly not an airline you can rely on.

Von Bangkok nach Chiang Mai. Flug ausgebucht. Koffergewicht 15kg, Handtasche unkontrolliert 9kg. Ich hatte also absolut keine Probleme, was ich nach den vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht erwartete.

Quel dommage de ne s'être pas renseigné avant sur cette compagnie .Nous en avons faits les frais également. Ils nous ont annulés un vol kathmandou Bangkok ,pour nous le remettre 2 jours plus tard. Mais vu nôtre programme de voyage, ce n'était pas possible.
A nous de nous débrouiller pour trouver un autre vol avec une autre compagnie au dernier moment. Annuler des vols , c'est leur spécialité. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie . A fuir

Worst flight
We paid around 13500 Bhat for 2 tickets from Chasing Mai to Phuket and the girl at the counter said that we could carry 15 kg for each ticket and 7 kg cabin bag. Once we reached the airport for boarding, they said only 10 kg is allowed and we would have to pay for the rest and we ended up paying another 2200 Bhat. A clear scam and Google doesn't give an option to review theses a**holes

after the reviews we were skeptical. However, we still took the risk to fly with the company and everything went well. friendly staff!

This is what I have to say for this airline.
Your flight will be delayed and no one is gonna answer for that..You gonna get worst services you ever get in your whole travel experience..
And crew is too rude that they wont provide you water also..If you take my opinion never travel through this airline but if you want to suffer then surely you can travel..
I’ll never suggest my friends and family to even think of this airline

And it's was refundable ticket with some fee

After I booked they changed the police to non refundable ticket

Two flights. More than 7 hours of delay. Terrible experience and they don't care at all whether you have another flight to take or a connection. And nothing you can do to have a refund.
Never again. Worst airline ever.

Terrible, terrible airway. Never ever in time and bad communication about every delay. We flew this airline 4 times during our 3 week holiday and every single flight was late. Do not use Thai Lion Air if you want to have a smooth trip or if you need to be somewhere in time, is an awful organisation.

STAY AWAY !!!!

This is by far the worst airline company I've ever experienced. The most worn out planes I've ever tried, and without doubt the most arrogant and ignorant non serviceminded desk and cabin staff I've met.

We were flying from krabi to Mumbai. They cancelled the morning flight from krabi because they didn't have enough people for the flight, seriously guys! Then you gave us 15 mins layover in Bangkok, for a connecting flight to mumbai and expected us to change the flights in Bangkok within 15 mins really? Pls avoid this Thai lion Air otherwise they will keep cancelling it. Let's all teach them a lesson.

One word is enough; DISASTER

Change the song. At least once. Please.

From boarding until up in the air, the same bull-crap song on repeat. 20 minutes before landing until finally getting off, the same song again on repeat. Noone likes it. Did you ever think about the customer's experience? No, that's right. Just don't, ok. Please, just stop it with that song.

Départ avec 1heure de retard et donc arrivée avec 3h de retard! Honteux
Bagage mis en priorité sorti sur le tapis en dernier.
Nous avons failli louper notre vol suivant.
Tous les jours cette compagnie annule énormément de vols…
Pour votre tranquillité fuyez…

1 star only because I couldn't put zero stars, turned up for my flight with 30 mins to go .. no check in baggage just walk on passenger.. check in closed would not let me go through, staff just did not care , very unhelpful, if you do use this company make sure you check in mire that 1hr before flight

Booked flights for party of 6 flying from Chiang Mai to Utapao 1st March 2022 paid in August 21. Got email 3rd February has been rescheduled when in fact they are cancelled, with no explanation or alternative as appear to have cut the route. In order to process a refund its taken several emails to even get an answer. Not expecting refund anytime soon. Avoid this Airline at all costs they are a charlatan outfit with an appalling customer service record. Rebooked with Thai Air.
