I've been a loyal Lisa Eldridge customer since the beginning. I've made several online orders and even visited in store while I was in London. I even wore her foundation on my wedding day.

Recently I ordered the single eyeshadow in shade Posh which came shattered. I reached out to her team and they sent another one right away. Unfortunately, that one also came broken. I reached out again to her team and asked for a refund. Which they generously gave and additionally sent me the Betty palette.

I don't think I've ever had such an amazing experience with customer service which is why I choose to continue to repurchasing from Lisa Eldridge.

I’ve always found it hard to find the right shade, and was pleasantly surprised to find there was a sample service and the support I’ve received from members of customer service (Abi, Ashleigh, Kate & Phillipa) has felt caring and personal. Nothing has been too much trouble.Their advice has been spot on, the samples were a great to help me find my ideal match. The products are gorgeous, having got the skin tint and liquid eyeshadow, arriving quickly and beautifully presented.

The whole customer experience has been what you hope for but rarely get. A delighted customer -Thank you.

Some of my items arrived damaged so, I would suggest more padding or bubble wrap as the shipping process can be rough on delicate items. Otherwise, customer service made what can be a very tedious process seamless. All the reps were friendly and prompt.

Wonderful experience with the support team. I've unfortunately had an issue with one of the products ordered (it probably had to do with the transport) and reached out to the team, wondering about what I should do. Courtney answered back very fast and managed the situation beautifully and efficiently - by morning a new product had already been sent as a replacement for the one I had. I've been a Lisa Eldridge product fan for many years and use most of their products and never had any issues of any sorts - but I'm very happy to see that if something does happen, it can be sorted out so smoothly.

This is my 2nd review in a short period of time, once again I need to comment on how excellent the Customer Service team is, Im an avid on-line shopper, and I have never experienced such great customer service.
This time, I was having a little bit of a problem with the shade of the Skin Tint that would best suit my skin tone, although I did order the wrong shade (it was just too light for me) I can say that the product itself is amazing! I have older skin and I just do not like heavy make up, this tint is as light as a feather but at the same time gives amazing coverage, it just completely evens out my skin tone and all the little blemishes, fantastic product, wish I'd know about this product years ago! Looking forward to receiving my new shade - with the help of Customer Services - its on its way :-)

I have bought from the Lisa Eldridge site for several years and on numerous occasions for gifts with delivery to the recipients, as well as for myself. At all times the makeup has arrived beautifully wrapped and packed. So far I have been very impressed with all of my makeup purchased, the Lucent lipsticks are beautiful as are the Rouge experience, the skin tint and foundation both give the most beautiful finish. The eyeliner is so soft to apply but stays put and the eyeshadows are truly gorgeous. Although the Velvet lipsticks are too easily damaged for me, the colour and finish are stunning.
I had a query in regards to an instore purchase and the response to my email query was remarkably prompt and helpful. The customer service even sent me a gift card!.

I had an issue with an eyeshadow shade that sadly, did not work for me, Olivia promptly addressed my concern by offering a Gift Card as the item was opened and therefore, should not be returned. Also suggested that I donate the item to a women's shelter. A wonderful idea to support our sisters. I could not be more impressed with the company's philosophy and products. Every single member of Lisa’s team that I have ever dealt with has been so kind, courteous and warm and the response time while there is a time difference in where I live , feels like only minutes from when I send an email. Lisa must be an angel because every member of her team treats every customer as they would their closest friend!
