I have purchased from Lisa Eldridge website in the past , but am writing to commend them on their fantastic customer service as I was looking for assistance with colour recommendations.
They went above and beyond to help and replied so quickly!

The team was so kind in handling my situation and even helped me shade match… literally the best customer service!!!!!!

The best customer experience for a cosmetic brand! I emailed Lisa’s team to get some help selecting my correct shade and they patiently responded tens of mails from me. When I ordered and found out shade match was not correct, they just send another shade for me without extra cost and told me to keep old one. I have never seen such customer service before, easily the best. I wont even mention the product quality, everything I bought is 100/100. Especially the concealer is the best on the market so far for me.

I rec'd a color that I thought was the right now, but it was a shade too light. I emailed customer service and they were wonderful, very helpful. The responses were quick and contained all the information I needed, very little back and forth. I'm impressed with the customer service, and the foundation is amazing, I know once i get the correct shade I will love it.

I have been a customer of Lisa Eldridge Beauty for many years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The products are so thoughtfully formulated and packaged and have really elevated my day-to-day beauty routine. The customer service team have always been incredibly kind and helpful, with very quick response times. I would happily recommend to anybody!

I made an error in ordering, and when I asked for a correction, Lisa's team (Olivia!) took care of the problem in record time. I was issued a gift card - at my preference. I always receive incredible service from Lisa Eldridge's customer service, and today it went above and beyond. I've had to email a few times and have always had a great response within 1 day. Today, I emailed about a product that was broken in shipping and asked for a replacement. I had confirmation of the replacement order being replaced in something like 10 minutes of submitting the form! Amazing!

An extraordinary team! I am super impressed! Hats off to them!

Yesterday I received my order--everything was great as always--except the Baume Embrace was missing over half of it. It looked like it had melted and apparently broke off and pooled in the bottom of the cap after possible rough handling. I sent a note to them just to alert them in case this had happened before.

The very pleasant and efficient Customer Service Adviser asked for a photo and upon receiving it told me that she arranged for a replacement to be sent. When reading reviews, I noticed that people said their customer service was great helping with shades, choice of products, etc.—and now add shipping issues. Both products and service are top notch!

I wanted to buy a skin tint but wasn't sure about the shade. A YouTube from Lisa Eldridge encouraged anyone with questions to email her staff. I emailed them on a Sunday morning and had a response within a few hours giving me great, personalized advice. This company not only offers stellar products but also stellar customer service.

Love the products and customer service is super helpful in terms of colour matches and the one time there was an issue with shipping. Would nit hesitate to continue ordering.

Exceptional products and truly exceptional customer service. I have an unusually difficult complexion to match—a muted olive undertone with very little tolerance for anything that pulls pink or peach—and Cristina and Ashleigh went far beyond the usual shade recommendations to help me find the right match.

Cristina was wonderfully helpful initially, and Ashleigh continued with extraordinarily thoughtful, detailed advice. She even swatched shades on her own arm to help me compare undertones and depth, then explained which concealer shades would work for general concealing versus correcting pigmentation, as well as the best way to apply the Skin Tint.

I already loved the quality and sophistication of Lisa Eldridge products, but this level of knowledgeable, genuinely personal service is rare. They didn’t simply recommend a shade—they helped me understand my complexion and find what actually works for it. Absolutely outstanding.

Lisa Eldridge products are top quality. Not only are her products amazing but customer service is fantastic. I had difficulty finding my perfect shade for both foundation and skin tint. On Lisa's website, she offers an option to speak with one of her experts. That's just what I did. They were quick to respond and happy to assist.

How is it possible to be even more amazed at how the wonderful people who work at Lisa Eldridge can outdo themselves each time you get in touch? 😍 I contacted them to ask about the status of my order because (my bad) I placed it during the weekend, and it showed no progress. The lovely Philippa helped me immediately! 🥹 She had my order shipped within minutes while securing me express shipping without extra charges or fees! I know I may sound redundant, but I do not think there is a better way to describe it: this is THE BEST Customer Service ever! ❤️

I am so blown away with the customer service with Lisa's team. I have purchased products from LE here and there throughout the years and each product has had such a wonderful user experience. I just purchased my concealer and my corrected shade was a bit too light for me. After sending in pictures of myself; which I now realize I should have done before, Lisa's time took the time to color match me and give me options oh how to get a replacement. In this day and age where life is expensive and beauty product launches are happening everyday, it's so nice to know the care and concern that goes into the customer service experience so that all of Lisa's customer's end up with a product that truly works for them. Btw, I am completely blown away with the product and I have never had a concealer perform better on me than this one does. My under eyes are my biggest insecurity and I love how this performs. I'm no longer worried about being too close to my face and seeing creases under my eyes.
