Lisa Eldridge customer service is the gold standard. I contacted them to help with a shade match, and they answered my message very quickly. Their shade recommendations were very accurate. Later, I contacted them again when a product wasn’t quite right for me and they offered several ways to ensure I was satisfied. Every communication was swift and warm. This is customer service done right. Great customer service is so rare these days, I really was blown away. They now have a fan for life!

Ashleigh asked me to send some makeup free photos in order to determine which shade would suit my skin tone, and she replied really quickly with 3 possible suggestions and offered to send some samples through so I could test them.

It's so refreshing to have that personal touch through having such lovely and knowledgeable people to chat to just an email away. I wouldn't have expected anything less from Lisa Eldridge though who is the epitome of class!

The products are out of this world, you can truly tell that there's no compromise until the intended result is reached in development and execution. This way I feel that I pay for what I get, rather than a brand-tax for nonsense. And as for that price - for the risks and efforts taken, it is not even that high. I know every single thing I buy is going to be the best I've ever used. Next to this their customer service is just lovely and super fast.

I requested a shade match from the Lisa Eldridge team, since we don't have any samples available in my country, I wasn't sure which shade to choose.
After looking at a few pictures I sent of my skin tone, they advised me of a few suitable options. They then kindly arranged for some samples to be sent to me.
There was a mistake where I was sent the wrong shades from dispatch, and the team were super lovely and promptly sent out the replacements.

I highly recommend reaching out to the team with any concerns, they reply really quickly and care about your continued patronage!

Living across the pond in the US, it is crucial to trust a makeup line that I am unable to see in person. Lisa Eldridge's products are so exceptional, there has rarely been a miss. HOWEVER, if I do get it wrong or if I have questions before ordering, the support team has always got my back and they make everything right. I actually trust them more than my local Sephora reps (no shade- but it's true). THANK YOU!!!

Lisa's team is the greatest! Her customer service is the best ever! I ordered her Luminist Concealer in a wrong shade and her service customer proposed me to send me a new one or to refund me without having to send back the wrong one.

Amazing customer service! I emailed them on Friday evening about receiving the wrong order and got a reply within just 5 minutes. Within 30 minutes, everything was sorted out and my correct order was already on its way!

They also let me keep the products I’d received by mistake, which was such a nice gesture. And as it turns out, I discovered a beautiful tint shade that,which combined with my current T1.5, is actually my perfect match!

I received a lip pencil which was sadly damaged during transit. I sent an email to the support team, not expecting to hear back until at least tomorrow morning, and a lovely lady called Charlotte responded straight away, one email to confirm a lip pencil was on its way to me, and a lovely email explaining that she had arranged a new lip pencil to be sent.
I replied back as I was concerned about returning the original pencil, and a lovely lady Olivia got back to me quickly. The whole experience was efficient, the ladies involved, were both extremely kind and helpful, a credit to the company. Thank you.

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service of the Lisa Eldridge team! In all my years of online shopping, I have never experienced such rapid, professional, and genuinely helpful support. I made a mistake with my foundation shade and reached out to change it. Since the order was already processing, they immediately put it on hold, cancelled it, and issued a refund within minutes so I could reorder the correct shade. Between my sister and I, we've purchased just about every makeup product Lisa Eldridge has created. Her makeup and skin care are beautiful products created with great integrity. But what makes my experience with this label exceptional is the unsurpassed customer service. Each and every representative I've corresponded with has been professional, warm, knowledgeable, and patient. It's the synergy (Lisa's favorite word) between the beauty of the products and the impeccable customer care that makes me come back to this label again and again.

A super-fast reply to a query, accompanied by the generous offer to replace the product. Exceptional customer service!

What a wonderful experience I have had, I ordered both skin tint and foundation which unfortunately were far too light for my complexion. I contacted customer services for help and their team are excellent. After sending a few selfies they recommended new shades to suit my skin tone. They resolved my issues super quick, which is amazing considering it was on a Sunday. To top it all off, I was not charged for my mistake! Special shout out to Abi. I have recommended Lisa Eldridge to friends and family. If you want fabulous products with an exceptional customer service, then Lisa Eldridge is the way to go.
