Lisa Eldridge products are like a love letter to make up. You can just feel how much work and research and passion has gone into every one of them. I love the innovation and the quality, the shades options and how well the products work with each other, it’s above any other brands I ever tried. The customer service it’s the absolute best I ever experienced, whether you are asking for recommendations or order support and products info they are always there for you with such kindness and support. When you purchase a product you really feel confident that the team will be there in case of need. It’s my favorite brand and I’m grateful for all their amazing work!

Wanted some advice on colour choices etc on some products emailed customer services and a very helpful Charlotte-summer kindly helped me.

I had such a great experience with this company’s customer service. I initially reached out because the concealer shade that was recommended to me ended up being too light, and they were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful in resolving the issue.

What impressed me most was how genuinely cared for I felt as a customer. Both the customer service team and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience. You can really tell that they stand behind their brand and truly value their customers.

I love Lisa Eldridge products, the quality and attention to details and shades nuances, like everyone here, probably. Recently I also had excellent experience with the customers' support and I guess it's Lisa's personal attention to company policy and values that stroke me most. I had some issue with the shades I ordered, not quite matching my colors. So, I dropped a message to clients' support, just in case, without any hope for a return since I opened the products. Not only that I was proposed a full return, they would be eager to change the ones I received for my perfect shades after a thorough consultation with their specialist. So, as Lisa proposed, I'm going to gift the shades that didn't fit me and they are gifting me with the new ones that fit in perfectly. Thank you again for your kindness, professionalism and perfect products aesthetically and functionally.

Lisa Eldridge products are stellar and so is her customer support staff. If there is even the most minor problem, her people are on it right away and they resolve even the most minor issue. Kudos to Phillipa!

I needed assistance on shade matching Lisa’s new Luminist concealer and her other complexion products specifically her foundation. I’m based in Australia and not able to go instore to be shade matched. I supplied photos based on their instructions to ensure they were able to shade match me as confidently.

Lisa’s team took the time with each and every question and interaction to thoroughly go through the options with me and provide comprehensive explanations on which shades would suit me best and why. They even provided photos of the foundation swatches on the inside of one of their arms!

I was recommended the wrong shade of the concealer and the customer service team immediately offered a refund, a gift card with no expiry date or an exchange for a better shade - their replies were so quick and they were so understanding. I love the Lisa Eldridge brand so much! PLUS the skin tint, concealer and brushes are beyond amazing.

Amazing customer service. Initially I was colour matched incorrectly online and after chatting with someone they kindly offered to send an alternative colour which would be a better match. Excellent service and quickly rectified.

Lisa Eldridge and her team are incredible. I’ve contacted them a couple times about a wrong shade I’ve ordered, and they are so quick to help me get the right shade and work with me. They are so nice and professional. I never worry about placing an order, because I know if it doesn’t work out, they will work with me. The best customer service I’ve ever seen.

I recently had issues w my order I was so disappointed and confused however customer service w in under 24 hours found the problem and took care of everything they were so quick and explained everything it is by far the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with not to mention the products are 10 out of 10

I ordered over a week ago. Received an email from DPD to say they were expecting my parcel, then silence. Contacted customer service on Wednesday, told them I need this order as I am going on holiday next week and there will be no one at home to take delivery. They apologised, said they would escalate and to contact them again if I’ve heard nothing in five working days. Not good enough.

Lisa and her team have been so over the top in terms of how helpful they have been, with helping take part directly in my shade match and recommendations for products specifically for me, my tone, and my problem area concerns. They really took the time out and I can’t say I’ve ever experienced that with any other company with quality luxury products. I can go and on yet I’ll stop here and say a big thank you to Lisa and the team, thanks guys!

Lisa Eldridge is an inspiration, her products are divine, they always make me feel amazing and the formulas and packaging are the best ✨ The Lisa Eldridge Customer Care team are brilliant, in every experience 10/10 service - they are extremely responsive , personable and helpful. One occasion I made an error with an order, they we so prompt in helping me to fix and also not only that they gave me a top notch tip a with my Lisa&Me points where you can redeem discounts.

Absolutely excellent customer service experience..almost unreal! I got a response within 1-2 hours of sending my email request. I had ordered the wrong skin tint shade and asked how I can proceed for return. Instead of asking to return I was offered to keep it and get either refund or Giftcard. I chose the refund (and was also offered consultation to get the right shade). I had paid with Paypal, so once I said I want refund I got a Paypal refund notification 3 minutes after. I had already bought a lot of products but now I'm even more happy I did and will keep coming back.

I’ve been using various Lisa Eldridge products for a long time now, and I think they’re brilliant. The only thing that’s actually even better is Lisa’s customer service, which always responds quickly and is incredibly friendly, offering constructive and generous solutions. I’ve hardly ever experienced this with any other online shop, so I can fully recommend the brand.
