I’ve had a wonderful experience with Lisa’s customer service. I ordered my first foundation, but unfortunately I was buying blind and the 10% discount wasn’t being applied.
I emailed customer service and, within minutes, I received a reply. Not only did they apply the 10% discount, but they also kindly advised me that I may have chosen the wrong foundation shade.
They went above and beyond by refunding my money, allowing me to choose whether I wanted to follow their recommendation instead.
If only all companies treated their customers this way! Excellent customer service from start to finish.

I was so impressed by the exceptional customer care I received from this company.
When unpacking my makeup order, I noticed there was hair wrapped around the product. Naturally, I was concerned and contacted customer service simply to reassure myself that I had received a brand-new, unused and unreturned item.
The response I received was absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly kind, understanding and apologetic, and immediately reassured me that the product was new. What touched me was that they sent me a replacement straight away. I genuinely wasn’t expecting one — I had only reached out for reassurance.

It is rare to come across a company where customer care feels this thoughtful, genuine and personal.
This is an amazing company, and their customer care is simply outstanding. They handled my concern with such kindness and professionalism, and I could not have asked for a better response.

I've been helped by the Lisa Eldridge customer service multiple times and have always been so happy with the results. They are very responsive and extremely thorough. Most recently I had a question about lipstick shades and they were able to steer me towards Spirited Away. It's exactly what I hoped it would be!

I genuinely get excited about every new Lisa Eldridge launch. There is something very special about the combination of beautiful design, thoughtful colours, luxurious formulas, and products that actually perform.

The Skin Enhancing Tint has become one of my absolute staples. I use it constantly and have already repurchased it several times. The Rouge Experience lipstick feels every bit as luxurious as it looks, and the mascara has quickly become my new favourite.

What I also really appreciate is the attention to detail. The packaging is beautiful, the colours feel elegant but still interesting and playful, and the quality consistently lives up to the experience.

And after my recent experience with their customer service, I have even more appreciation for the brand. They were incredibly kind, helpful and generous, and truly went above and beyond.

I had purchased a lip liner and a lip/cheek velatura balm as a gift at the Lisa Eldridge Pop Up in NYC. I realized that the gift recipient had no need for the products so I immediately contacted customer service to start a return/refund. I immediately got a response (less than 30 minutes). The representative resolved the problem by not only refunding my purchase, but also allowed me to gift or donate the products! I have never experienced better customer service care in my entire life. All other cosmetic companies should take note from Lisa Eldridge and her philosophy of customer loyalty and service. Thank you so much! There's no higher quality than what Lisa Eldridge produces, and when I needed assistance from her support team for the first time, they carried high quality through in every response. Super impressed! Really excellent and personable customer service from the LE team. The skin shade matching service and samples sent exceeded my expectations - not only were the shade matches spot on, I was sent multiple shades to try, which saved a lot of back and forth for me. I've been really impressed with all the Lisa Eldridge products I've tried so far.

Besides the stunning products the customer service is just, well, the best! The ladies at Lisa Eldridge really take care of their customers like it was back in the day. I had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately and with a person! NOT AI. It’s kind of customer service and product that makes for a lifetime customer.

Absolutely incredible service from Louise (and all the customer service). I submitted a selfie as I was interested in the seamless skin tint but as a non foundation wearer, I wasn't sure of the colour. Well, when I tell you it's the EXACT match to my skin, honestly I'm blown away. Not only that, but the skin tint is so beautiful. It's lightweight, buildable and just does exactly what it claims to do, evens out skin tone without feeling like foundation. Also, it's very easy to put on. I'm of an age where age spots and marks are becoming and issue and this has absolutely boosted my confidence no end. The makeup is high quality and packaged beautifully too, I will be adding more to my collection very soon!
