I purchased two Out'N'About travel bags—one from Little Peas Pram & Car Seat Centre and another from a different reputable retailer. Both were advertised as genuine Out'N'About travel bags and were sold at the same price. However, the bag I received from Little Peas Pram & Car Seat Centre was noticeably smaller than the other one.

I contacted Out'N'About directly and was informed that they only manufacture one travel bag. This raises the question of why there was such a significant difference in size between two products that were both advertised as identical.

The smaller bag from Little Peas Pram & Car Seat Centre was extremely difficult to fit my Out'N'About double pram into. It came with no instructions or guidance, making the process very frustrating—especially at the airport while travelling with two children under the age of two, when time and ease of use were especially important.

Given that I am only back from holiday and only became aware of the issue at the airport and also that I have clearly stated that there are two children under two I am talking about the Out'N'About Double not the single as it wouldn't be off any use to two children.

Based on my experience, I was disappointed that the product I received did not appear to match the size or usability of the identical bag I purchased elsewhere.

Fanastic company - competitive price, super fast delivery and we’re so pleased with the seat. We have 2 of the older models and I wish I could switch them out for this one because it was super easy to install, feels more sturdy, looks more comfy and has loads of leg room. Top stuff!

Absolutely cannot fault Little Peas at all. After a bad experience with another retailer I reached out to the Little Peas team on Facebook and they always replied super quickly. It was never too much trouble answering my questions and they were so helpful and reassuring. Seat ordered on Monday morning and arrived around 24 hours later - cannot fault that service whatsoever! I would recommend them to everyone and would definitely purchase from them again!

I’ve always bought my car seats from Little Peas. They’re very knowledgable about the seats they sell and the safety ratings. They also advocate for extended rear facing which is something I value. The after care is amazing - when the manufacturer was having issues I was kept informed, given options and supported throughout. Can’t recommend these enough.

Second time buying from little peas, which i have good experience with them. I got notification email after purchasing, product dispatch and out for delivery. It is clearly state the date of delivery on their website when buying. And they really did a great job on and before the promising delivery date! Nice packaging, products are of high quality.

I've placed two orders with Little Peas in the last couple of weeks; one for an in stock car seat, and the other for a pre-order basinet.

The car seat arrived next day, and given we are in the South of England I was incredibly impressed so made my next baby purchase with them for a Graco Eluma Basinet which was on pre-order. Even so, the customer service was impeccable, and arrived quicker than expected.
