had to cancel my booking with LockTrip because of a sudden family emergency. I didn’t even have cancellation insurance, so I honestly expected to lose my money.

But LockTrip’s support team was incredibly understanding and helpful. They handled my case with kindness and professionalism, and to my surprise, I received a full refund.

It's annoying how the price fluctuates whilst you are making a booking. Also I found the payments system, paying from overseas, very difficult blocking card because it had a card with an overseas address etc.
I will try Locktrip again, though.

Smooth and easy booking process. I was looking for a hotel in Sydney for 14 days. Locktrip offered the best rate by far for the selection of hotels I had in mind.
